AK is Hip Hop's new role model with his versatile lyrics and today's modern rhythms that gives a new motto to follow for today's youth. His music is uplifting, and invigorates his fans to leave behind the old ways of street life, and to embrace a new mindset of being yourself at all cost. Growing up, he was born the second oldest of four children, and resided in the infamous hill top homes projects in Dayton, Ohio. His music started out as a way to relieve the negativity of his hometown neighborhood. AK Hip Hop's Role Model developed a passion for roller-skating which helped him to understand the rhythmic patterns of music. The pure enjoyment of skating and riding the beat helped him engage in the challenge of adapting to sounds. He soon grew to embrace the lyrics of Tupac and the mind conscious Nas. AK Hip Hop's Role Model internalized these positive lyrical flows and realized that they were actually talking about what was going on in the world. He dedicates his passion to his mother who passed away when he was at a young age. Her death pushed him to grow up. AK Hip Hop's Role Model took his mother's words as encouragement and turned them into responsibility. He's a down to earth wise man, who places an extreme value on family. His hope is to become a positive role model for the youth who need someone and something they can look up to.
