When you think of Air Jordan sneakers, the Jordan 9 doesn't seem to be brought up in many conversations. Perhaps the biggest reason for this is that it debuted the year Michael Jordan was off playing baseball. The GOAT never actually got to wear these in a game and so the 9 has limited nostalgic value for a lot of people. Regardless, there have been some pretty dope colorways over the years and fans are always eager to see something new.

According to @zsneakerheadz, the early portion of 2021 will see a new Air Jordan 9 make it to store shelves and this one will be called "Dark Charcoal." It's an alternate take on the OG "Charcoal" and features some colors that are perfect for the Fall and Winter. As you can see, the upper is covered in black and charcoal, all while university gold accents make their way throughout.
