Add another retro to the list for 2017. According to leaked images on Instagram, the Air Jordan 4 “Pure Money” will be getting the retro treatment later this year. If the rumored KAWS x Air Jordan 4 release ends up coming to fruition, it’ll be a great year for fans of the Air Jordan 4.
The “Pure Money” Air Jordan 4s are a classic mid-2000s Jordan, made up of all white with the exception of a few silver metallic accents. It has never been given a true retro, although the “Silver Anniversary” 4s come close in look. It’s actually quite surprising the shoe has taken this long to make a comeback since monochromatic sneakers have been the trend for a while now.
The rumored release date is May 13, with retail set at the now-standard $190. We’ll see what the quality looks like when the first official photos emerge. For now, check images of the original release.
