To say Dr. Dre's upcoming studio album is long-awaited is an extreme understatement. The album has essentially become the Chinese Democracy of the rap game, and while it will finally arrive this week, it will be ditching it's original name of Detox, to the movie tie-in, Compton. In a new video from Beats 1 music, a few celebrities (including YG, DJ Quik, and Boogie) talk about their Compton roots, before a brand new Dr. Dre song plays, and this time, he's actually rapping! YG Feat. TeeFLii "Do It To Ya" Video
YG Feat. Teeflii
If you've listened to YG's debut album, My Krazy Life, you know there's plenty of material pretty much designed to be played at a summer barbecue. While the first of two R&B-lead songs from the album, "Do It To Ya" may not be the first of such to spring to mind, the nostalgic video certainly makes a good case for it. Seemingly filmed on VHS, the video nods to plenty of classic west coast videos, taking place at a pool party at YG's crib, as he pursues a certain lady that's caught his interest. What do you think of the video?

Ty Dolla $ign, YG, Joe Moses & TeeCee 4800's DJ Mustard-produced track "Only Right" gets the treatment today. Also featuring a cameo from Welvin Da Great, the video has all four dudes in black and white ensembles, and uses slo-mo shots to make it seem all the more gangster. There's no real plot per se, but when the whole thing looks so cool already, there doesn't even need to be.

YG "Bicken Back Being Bool" Video
One of the most fun tracks off YG's debut album My Krazy Life, "Bicken Back Being Bool" (and definitely the most fun title to say aloud), receives a visual treatment today.
