Since releasing his excellent debut album, Free TC, in November of last year, Ty Dolla $ign has appeared on a number of features but hasn't yet given fans a project in 2016. Last month, however, Ty announced two upcoming mixtapes: Beach House 3 and Campaign. Earlier today, he premiered the title track of the latter project. "Campaign" is a heavy club anthem featuring Future that finds each of the melodic hitmen at his most ratchet.

Wiz Khalifa has already dropped two projects in 2016, starting things off with the solo project Khalifa, and a few months later delivering Rude Awakening, his collaborative effort with Juicy J and TM88. Even with the release of both these projects, Wiz always had plans to release a proper studio project later on in the year, and it seems that's still in the cards according to some recent tweets.

Rostrum Records Countersues Wiz Khalifa For $2 Million
Earlier this month, Wiz Khalifa filed a $1 million lawsuit against his current label Rostrum Records, founded by his former manager Benjy Grinberg, claiming that Rostrum and Grinberg were "faithless fiduciaries in direct contravention of their obligations to him." In other words, Wiz had signed a 360 deal that his team has now deemed legally unfair.

Wiz Khalifa Sues Former Manager & Rostrum Records For Unfair "360 Deal"
Benjy Grinberg began managing Wiz Khalifa in 2004, when the rapper was 16, and he signed him to his label, Rostrum Records, soon thereafter. Wiz dropped Grinberg as his manager in 2014, though it seems that his deal with Rostrum has continued to this day. His contract with Rostrum is apparently a "360 deal," and Wiz and his legal team are now arguing that it was initiated against his best interests by Grinberg. Yesterday (May 31), Wiz filed a lawsuit against Grinberg and Rostrum with which he hopes to escape his longtime contract.
