Pre-Fame Tweets Of Rappers Dissing One Another Surface
Twitter user @SargeWP had the brilliant idea of going back in rappers' timelines to find incriminating tweets from their days before fame. Let's just say it's even worse than you could have imagined. What has been unearthed is tweets upon tweets of rappers commenting on fellow artists, and offering their completely unfiltered opinions.
Most Anticipated Albums Of 2015
2014 is over and done with, and we the hip-hop community are moving onto greater endeavors. After an overall mediocre year for rap albums, 2015 is destined to be different. Hip-hop's biggest names are all scheduled to release albums this year, and the timing could not be more right. Today, who better than Rae Sremmurd to kick off the new year of releases with their debut album, Sremm Life. Only two weeks after that, the long-awaited debut album from Joey Bada$$ will hit stores nationwide (hence why they are not featured in this list).
Wale Spazzes On Complex Over Their 50 Best Albums Of 2013 List [Update: Wale Responds]
We're at that time of year when just about every publication is working on their year-end list (count us among them), and while they're not necessarily meant to ruffle feathers, that can happen, when artists feel like they are unjustly excluded from these lists.
First Week Sales For Wale's "Album About Nothing" & Ludacris' "Ludaversal"

Retchy P Says He Wishes Wale Died Instead Of A$AP Yams, Wale & Fat Trel Respond
The death of A$AP Yams has shook up much of the hip-hop community, and of course those who had working and personal relationships with the Mob co-founder were even more in shock. 10 Rappers Who Switched Their Style Up
Superman isn't Superman if he inexplicably switches from superpowered do-gooder, to some sort of motorcycle-riding anti-hero, to maniacal villain, and back and forth between the extremes. Such mythology is a big part of the hip-hop culture, as well as proper marketing. Any marketing novice and comic book savant knows that consistency is key to building one's image/brand. A rapper who constantly switches up can lose a fan base or market, or even worse: he or she gets labeled as a fake for wearing different styles (there's nothing worse than not being real).
Rick Ross Speaks On Meek Mill/Wale Conflict
The other week things seemed precarious within Maybach Music Group, as Meek Mill publicly outed Wale for what he saw as a lack of support on his upcoming LP Dreams Worth More Than Money. Of course, Wale had his own side of the story to share, which he did via Instagram later that same day.

Rather than calling up the decision makers, Folarin has instead taken to Twitter to muse on being unappreciated, responding to fans and haters alike with sarcastic comments about how he doesn't deserve an award.
