If you're a Ty Dolla $ign fan, you probably already know the basics of the Free TC concept, but chances are you'll still learning something from the singer's new documentary. TC is Ty's younger brother, who is currently serving a sentence for a murder Ty is positive he did not commit, and in an effort to help his case, he named his album in TC's honor. The doc itself focuses on Ty and TC's early family life, as well as the issue of mass incarceration in the states. It also offers commentary from a few other rappers including, T.I. and Snoop Dogg.
