She Don't Love U
Spectacular Feat. Tory Lanez, Rich Homie Quan & Compton Menace
It's been about a decade since "On the Hotline," the last big hit from the brothers who make up the R&B foursome Pretty Ricky. Today, one of the group's members, Spectacular, has stepped aside and dropped off what he hopes to be a hit of his own, "She Don't Love U," recruiting an unexpected but powerful lineup of features, including Tory Lanez, Rich Homie Quan, and Compton Menace.
Line Up The Flex
Tory Lanez & A$AP Ferg
Oh you thought Fargo Fridays were over??? When we interviewed Tory Lanez out in Austin during SXSW, he had cooked up some heat with A$AP Ferg the night prior. He told us at the time it would likely be used on some Wavy Wednesday or Fargo Friday shit. And Fargo Friday it is. Little did we know, at that point in time, that these two would be joining forces for a tour as well.
I Want You
Spenzo Feat. Tory Lanez
Chicago rapper Spenzo has dropped a new single with Tory Lanez, "I Want You." The track is produced by one of Chicago's finest, C-Sick, who has recently been developing an intriguing partnership with Lanez, producing the final track on December's The New Toronto mixtape as well as the recent Fargo Fridays cut "Tim Duncan."
Tory Lanez is gearing up for a big week (aka a shit ton of shows, including our show with Beer & Tacos and Street Execs), but he's found the time to feed the fans pre-SXSW. Bless him.
Fear not, friends. Fargo Fridays lives, and Tory Lanez has come through with a rare gem just before tonight's turn-up festivities. "Tim Duncan," of course, is a tribute to the always reliable Spurs legend, to whom Lanez compares himself because of the array of shooters he keeps around him. The track finds Lanez back in trapper's mode, though his careful melodic control is present throughout.
After making his television debut Thursday night on Jimmy Kimmel, Tory Lanez decided to keep the momentum going and premiere the next single off his upcoming major label debut called “LA Confidential.”
Say It (Shlohmo Remix)
Tory Lanez single "Say It" released back in the summer of 2015, and it has racked up more than 38 million views on YouTube. Naturally the Toronto artist enlisted the proven producer Shlohmo for the remix. The California producer doesn't change too much in the remix, electing to only add his signature hard hitting drums and unique vocal distortions to the already smooth track. He simply gave the track a bigger sound and a little more grit.
On The Way
DJ Necterr & Tasman Holloway Feat. Tory Lanez
Coming off the release of two new mixtapes with Chixtape 3 & The New Toronto, Tory Lanez decides to come through and assist DJ Necterr & Washington rapper Tasman Holloway on the dope new collab “On The Way.”
Hold It Down
Romeo Cash Feat. Tory Lanez
California artist Romeo Cash has gained some online traction via his link ups with King Los and Cardo. This afternoon he makes his HNHH debut with a brand new premiere "Hold It Down" feat. Tory Lanez. Lanez lends his sultry vocals to a smooth beat (produced by YoungNFly) laden with heavy 808s and submerged/filtered synths. Romeo Cash is currently preparing his upcoming EP entitled Hotels, which is set to hit stores sometime in March. He channels his inner Jacques Webster as he tells the bitches to quit jockin'.
Don't Look Down
Eric Bellinger Feat. Tory Lanez
Eric Bellinger & Tory Lanez both ended 2015 on a high note.
Other Side (Prod. By Sergio R x Play Picasso)
With the runaway success of "Say It," Tory Lanez is becoming known more as a singer than a rapper, but anyone who's been following him from the jump knows he can hold his own in both lanes. Just to make sure no one forgot, Tory released not one but TWO projects on Christmas day, showcasing both of his sides on each of the respective tapes. He naturally saved most of his rap-oriented songs for the DJ Drama-hosted The New Toronto, which includes highlight "Other Side".
All The Time
Zero Feat. Tory Lanez
Meet a new Philly artist by the name of Zero who's just 18 years old. He recently dropped his new mixtape, Paradise Campground, which includes a collab with Tory Lanez, "All the Time." Once Zero starts rapping, you'll immediately notice his likeness to Eminem. It's too early to compare him to one of the all-time greats, but his combination of lyricism, speed, and intensity is certainly impressive.
Tory Lanez Feat. Nyce
Fargo Fridays never die. The singer/rapper is capping off an already-phenomenal year with a new trap banger, "Traphouse," for the fan-favorite series, bringing along Nyce for the ride.
Fat Trel has been dropping off new music weekly as of late, and after giving us the sombre "Free Issa" last week, today he hops on some r'n'b production for a freestyle. The MMG rapper goes for two buzzing r'n'b artists, Bryson Tiller and Tory Lanez. Bryson Tiller's "Don't" instrumental begins the record before switching midway to Tor Lanez's biggest single yet, "Say It." Trel's marble-mouthed flow is slowed down for this "GleeshMix." Are you feeling it?
G-Eazy Feat. Chris Brown & Tory Lanez
As it sits, G-Eazy is 4 for 4 on releases ahead of his sophomore album When It's Dark Out. Now "Drifting" feat. Chris Brown & Tory Lanez has leaked. Is he now 5 for 5? You be the judge. Tory Lanez takes the opening verse over a swirling production, full of reversed vocals, and then turns the mic over to Breezy who proceeds to slay the hook. G-Eazy then takes the reins, rapping on missing his old girlfriends, baring his regrets for all to see.
Chuck G. Feat. Tory Lanez
Chuck G. is a rising rapper born in Tulsa, OK, who now reps Oklahoma City and has earned himself an enviable co-sign from Tory Lanez. Chuck's record, "Bottled Up" features an intoxicating hook from the Toronto singer, but he manages to hold his own against the Lanez' star power, providing some verses inflected with melody and smoothed out with a slippery auto-tune sheen. He's just getting started, so make sure to keep an eye on him in the near future.
StupidGenius Feat. Tory Lanez
StupidGenius are a Boston duo made up of Chaz King & Lil Rich, and while we haven't heard from them in a minute, they've always impressed us, so today we're bringing you "Clean," their new collaboration with Tory Lanez. The glossy beat (co-produced by the group's own Lil Rich along with TJ Beats) makes way for some subtlely melodic bars from the two rappers, while Tory comes through with a memorable, heavily auto-tuned hook.
Say It (Tory Lanez Cover)
One of the world's biggest pop stars, Ed Sheeran, has decided to cover a recent song by one of our favorite artists, Tory Lanez. Sheeran posted the recording on Twitter today, telling his followers that he "had the day off," so he decided to try his chops at one of Lanez' hottest compositions -- "Say It," which we were happy to premiere at the end of July.
This morning we debuted a new set of visuals for Tory Lanez's next single "B.L.O.W." The Toronto native has been teasing fans about the release on social media, and with the arrival of Fargo Friday, the record arrives too. Seeing as it is a new song, we decided to give it an extra look by adding it to today's songs list. We know there are some of you out there too lazy to actually watch videos.
