Outkast, Future, 2 Chainz & More Will Appear in Organized Noize Documentary
Organized Noize isn’t a household name anymore, but hopefully it will be after this upcoming documentary. As a refresher, Organized Noize is a hip-hop production trio consisting of Rico Wade, Ray Murray and Sleepy Brown. They’re a part of the larger music collective Dungeon Family, which includes members like Outkast, Killer Mike and Goodie Mob. Organized Noize produced a number of classic hits, including TLC’s “Waterfalls” and Outkast’s “So Fresh, So Clean.”
2 Chainz "Watch Out" Video
2 Chainz' biggest hit off last year was the Trap A Velli Tre track "Watch Out," which hasn't even peaked yet. About a week before Christmas, Chainz shared a holiday-themed "Watch Out" video, intended to promote his Dabbin' Santa sweaters, off which the T.R.U. President earned $2 million. And today, just after the FKi-produced track appeared in an Under Armor ad with Cam Newton, Chainz has shared the official "Watch Out" video.
Watch 2 Chainz Gift a 5 Bedroom House To A Family In Need
Talk about philanthropy, Meek Mill isn’t the only one with a giving streak. 2 Chainz was so moved by the story of a family of 11 (two parents, nine kids) that he bought them a five bedroom house. Where did the Atlanta rapper discover the story? GoFundMe, believe it or not, and he didn't need an Instagram beef to get there.
Bankroll Fresh, 2 Chainz & Skooly "Take Over Your Trap" (Movie)
Bankroll Fresh, 2 Chainz & Skooly
Bankroll Fresh has dropped a new film, "Take Over Yo Trap," inspired by his own life story. The film is presented by Fresh's label, Street Money Worldwide. In addition to SMW, Fresh is also a member of 2 Chainz' The Real University. Tity Boi stars in the new film along with TRU's Skooly. The film should provide a nice visual counterpart to go along with Fresh's music as well as an in-depth look at the Atlanta trap scene.
2 Chainz Previews New Collab Off “Collegrove” Project With Lil Wayne
Last month, 2 Chainz gave fans something to get excited about when he announced that he’s working on a joint project with Lil Wayne called Collegrove, which obviously is a combination of both the rappers' hometowns of College Park, Atlanta & Hollygrove, New Orleans.
2 Chainz & Randy Moss Perform “Motivation” on FOX NFL Sunday
2 Chainz has been peddling the shit out of his Dabbing Santa ugly Christmas sweaters. With Christmas only five days away, Tity Boi appeared on FOX NFL Sunday with none other than Randy Moss (aka 84 Chainz) to promote the sweaters and record a special Christmas track called "Motivation."
2 Chainz "Watch Out" Feat. Dabbing Santa Video
With 2 Chainz' Trapavelli Tre out for a few months now, "Watch Out" has emerged as possibly the most banging track on the mixtape. Thanks in part to this Vine of James Harden gigging to the song in a tux.
2 Chainz "El Chapo Jr" Video
Fresh off his victory in the now-infamous "thot" lawsuit -- the plaintiff was doomed from the beginning by her decision NOT to hire a lawyer -- 2 Chainz releases the video for "El Chapo Jr." Directed by The Stupid Geniuses, "El Chapo Jr" reenacts El Chapo's escape from prison earlier this year. Tity Boi's poncho game is world class as he assists El Chapo on his risky bid for freedom. Will he make it???
2 Chainz Feat. Jeezy "BFF (Remix)" Video
2 Chainz Feat. Jeezy
2 Chainz's Zaytoven-produced cut "BFF," which originally appeared on his Trapavelli Tre mixtape, received an official remix by Jeezy two months later. This morning Tity Boi returns to the remix with an official music video for it.
Eric Bellinger Feat. Fetty Wap, 2 Chainz "Valet" (Lyric Video)
Eric Bellinger Feat. Fetty Wap & 2 Chainz
A little over a year after releasing Choose Up Season, Eric Bellinger returns with a lyric video for "Valet," albeit the souped up version with 2 Chainz and Fetty Wap rather than the (also great) version with TeeFlii and Pleasure P.
2 Chainz Feat. Wiz Khalifa "A Milli Billi Trilli" Video
2 Chainz Feat. Wiz Khalifa
In terms of of guest features and 808 fatness, there was no greater track on 2 Chainz's Trapavelli Tre mixtape than "A Milli Billi Trilli" feat. Wiz Khalifa. Now the power duo drops a decadent video for the record, featuring scantily clad women, American flags, gold chains, and numerous blunts being passed between the two rappers.
fR€$H aka SHORT DaWG Feat. 2 Chainz "Natural" Video
fR€$H aka SHORT DaWG Feat. 2 Chainz
fR€$H, SHORT DaWG or whatever he's calling himself these days dropped his impressive Drank Sinatra mixtape earlier in the year, teaming with Cardo and Sledgren, somewhat picking up where Wiz left off on Kush & OJ. The territory suited him well, but he's still a Houston rapper, so can't retire making bangers entirely.
2 Chainz "Everything I Know" Video
We premiered the audio for this 2 Chainz leak prior to the release of his mixtape, Trapavelli Tre, so it only seems right that we follow it up with the premiere of the visual. On "Everything I Know," Tity Boi raps about owing his success to street knowledge-- in the visual we get to see evidence of this success, from multiple stacks of cash to fancy, foreign cars. We see Chainz chilling with his crew and taking the vehicles for a quick spin late at night.
2 Chainz "Lapdance In The Trap House" Video
After dropping the video for "If I Didn't Rap" last week, 2 Chainz returns with another Trapavelli Tre video in "Lapdance in the Trap House."
2 Chainz "If I Didn't Rap" Video
In his guest verse on Nicki Minaj's now-immortal 2012 track "Beez In The Track," 2 Chainz raps "If I weren't rapping I'd be trapping." As is his greatest skill, he's now taken that tiny sentiment and expanded it to be the concept of an entirely separate track. "If I Didn't Rap" has him imagining his life if he didn't become a big-time performer, and realizing that the only other option would be slinging bricks.
2 Chainz "Neighborhood" Video
At Midnight 2 Chainz debuted his new mixtape, the highly anticipated third instalment in his Trapavelli series, Trapavelli Tre. While the mixtape racks up downloads, the rapper gives it an additional push this afternoon with the release of a music video for "Neighborhood," off the tape. For the visual, Tity Boi literally invites his entire neighborhood along. The rapper takes over an ice cream truck and turns up with fans, friends and family, all the while praising his hood.
2 Chainz Sits On A $14,000 Chair For "Most Expensivest Shit"
For the latest episode of "Most Expensivest Shit," the Hair Weave Killa visits Christopher Guy in Los Angeles, an uber expensive furniture designer. 2 Chainz apparently idolizes Guy's furniture, and was lucky enough to sit down and talk with the man himself about his furniture designs. He gets to sit on a $14,000 hand-carved mahogany chair in the process, while Guy speaks on transplanting from London to the U.S., and getting influence and inspiration from French fashion designers like Chanel. Take a look at the episode above, and let us know if you think the chair is worth it.
2 Chainz Visits A $500k DeLorean At West Coast Customs
After trying on insanely expensive sunglasses with Diplo, 2 Chainz's next stop on the Most Expensivest Shit series is at West Coast Customs car shop. Tity Boi visited the famed car shop to check out some of their craziest (and obviously most expensivest) work in their show room. Chainz gets to see a Chrome-wrapped Audi, worth about $15,000, a futuristic car designed with the help of Will.i.am, as well as re-made DeLorean worth about $500,000, which was apparently Tity Boi's favorite.
2 Chainz & Diplo Try On $48K Sunglasses
2 Chainz Feat. Diplo
For the latest episode of GQ and 2 Chainz's Most Expensivest Shit, we get a guest appearance from Diplo, as the two superstars try on some uber expensive sunglasses.
