Thomas Weiss, Jr. has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 10 years. He is the child of Thomas Weiss Sr. and Nancy Weiss, both blue collar workers with a passion for music. Thomas Sr. was a song writer and Nancy, a pianist and vocalist.
Growing up Thomas was introduced to hip hop and became friends with a local (at the time) DJ. Thomas began to produce instrumentals and opened a basement recording studio. As he progressed as an audio engineer he also learned to DJ, edit photos, film, and edit video.
In early 2009 Thomas (who had been managing a long time friend for the past few years) officially started Thomas Weiss Management. His vision and experience have proven to be a potent recipe for success in the entertainment industry, and he strives to move higher.
Thomas remarks on his business strategy: "I'm constantly looking at the big picture both for my company and, more importantly, my clients. You're never finished growing and learning!". "My strongest asset? I'd have to say the drive that comes from having a true passion for the career field I've chosen. I love people, I love music, and I can honestly say that every morning I'm very happy to get working on my current projects.
