We're Both Wrong
Termanology Feat. Saigon
Saigon and Termanology joined the spate of rappers releasing politically-minded tracks yesterday with “We’re Both Wrong.” It begins with audio of Sanda Bland’s arrest, most poignantly highlighting when the officer tells Bland, “I will light you up” before Q-Tip’s keys kick in and Saigon hops on the mic.
Statik Selektah Feat. Westside Gunn, Conway, Your Old Droog & Termanology
Statik Selektah brought together a gang of emcees for his latest cut. Featuring emcees form New York City, New England and Upstate New York, “The Curve” is an classic sounding cut. Latino Unification (Remix)
Termanology & Manny Garcia Feat. Noreaga, Chris Rivers, Ea$y Money & Statik Selektah
Last July, Manny Garcia and Termanology united to express their Latino pride with a track called “Latino Unification." It was a quality track to ride to to be sure, but with only two rappers on the mic it wasn't a true Latino unification.
Spit Game Proper
DJ Kay Slay Feat. Loaded Lux, Termanology & Cory Gunz
DJ Kay Slay generally likes to bring the technical rhymers out on his tracks, and his new single, "Spit Game Proper" is no exception. Loaded Lux, Termanology, and Cory Guns -- all known to go in on every beat they approach -- come through with some characteristically ferocious bars over a beat that keeps things pretty NEw York.
Get Off The Ground (DJ Premier Mix)
Termanology Feat. Sean Price, Lil Fame, Papoose, Ruste Juxx & Reks
The final song on Termanology's Term Brady EP is a seven-and-a-half minute party cut called "Get Off the Ground" that features EIGHT different rappers, most of whom hail from New York City: Sean Price, his protege Ruste Juxx, Lil' Fame of M.O.P., Justin Tyme, Hannibal Staxx, Papoose, & Term's fellow Lawrence, MA emcee Reks. As the cherry on top, it also features some scratches from the venerable DJ Premier.
Termanology is an avowed Masshole and as such is a devout Tom Brady fan. His ode to Brady tha Gawd Term Brady EP is scheduled to drop today, and yesterday Term teased the project with a quality track called "World Tour." First off, the song is produced by Statik Selektah, who pretty much never misses (Gostkowski-esque). Sounds like like some prog rock, Steely Dan-type sample here. Good beat, good verse, you can tell why Term and Statik are frequent collaborators.
Massachusetts rapper Termanology has a project coming out soon called Term Brady EP -- an ode to New England Patriots superhuman quarterback Tom Brady. (Who just beat a charge!) The first offering from Term Brady is classy number by the name of "Grade A." With 9th Wonder on the MPC an Statik Selektah on the vinyl scratches, the track is a lock to not suck. Term drops solid bars as always.
Termanology & Manny Garcia Feat. Statik Selektah
Termanology and Manny Garcia have joined force for "Latino Unification," a celebration of their heritage produced by DJ Ready and Phil Coyle. "We all stand strong together than we can make it" is the mission statement, but there's plenty of straight-up brag-rapping as well, with Statik Selektah cutting into the party to supply some scratching.
