Tech N9ne Talks On Inspiration For "Fragile," Wearing Face Paint
The last word most fans would use to describe Tech N9ne is "gimmicky," in fact, it seems he tries to be quite the opposite. Although more recently Tech has gotten some shine in the mainstream, he's still remained true to his sound, and in his own words, he's made the mainstream come to him rather than vice versa.
Tech N9ne Announces "Something Else" Canadian & U.S. Tour
Tech N9ne is kicking off a big tour in conjunction with his album, Something Else, which is slated for release on July 30th. The "Something Else" Tour will reach Canada and the United States. The Canadian tour kicks off August 15th in Toronto, Ontario, and wraps up after fifteen tour dates in British Columbia on August 31st. The U.S. tour dates launch on September 5th in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and go through til October 30th for a homecoming show at The Midland Theatre by AMC in Kansas City.

Tech N9ne has kept fans waiting for his new album, Something Else. The album was originally supposed to drop on June 25th, but perhaps due to the whole June 18th album releases Tech pushed his back so it'd get more coverage?

Tech N9ne has been doing music since the '90s, and along the way he's picked up a fan or two (or a lot more). However, the rapper still isn't satisified, and he continues to grind to reach those people who have yet to call themselves Tech N9ne fans. Although, he's aware of why people may be put off by his Strange style, from the way he dresses to his musical output, he's definitely in a lane all on his own. Now, though, Tech is ready to cross over to that mainstream lane, and he's breaking down doors to do it.
