Snoop Dogg and Pharrell were a pretty unstoppable team in the early 00s. While "Drop It Like It's Hot" may be their master stroke (or is it "Beautiful"), the two also collaborated on strong singles and deep cuts on the Doggfather's albums Paid Tha Cost To Pay The Boss and R&G. While the two icons haven't been working togeher as much of late, it seems P has lent his late career new disco sound to a new single from Snoop, which the rapper shared in a new video he posted today.

After a several-years-long hiatus, T-Pain is back making music. With the success of "Up Down" and collaborations with a younger generation of artists, Teddy Pain has reclaimed some of his old glory, and he recently visited Snoop Dogg's GGN show to talk about it. With Snoop calling the auto-tune pioneer the "Roger Troutman of our era," T-Pain details his crazy hot streak that occurred between 2006 and 2007. He also reveals that he DJ'd long before he began singing, and continues to enjoy it to this day.

The upcoming mini series from BET takes its name from the iconic single, going back through history to look at rap's progression. “This exciting series examines the origin and the path of the music and message, taking care to objectively analyze its factions and movements,” says Stephen Hill, the president of Music Programing and Specials at BET.

Snoop delivers two verses to the track, playing PSY's drinking buddy for the duration of the visual. It's safe to say, PSY will never top "Gangnam Style" in terms of views, but he could possibly have another hugely shareable hit on his hands.

Snoop Dogg Brings Out Wiz Khalifa At SXSW
Midway through his set at SXSW, Snoop Dogg decided to call upon his "nephew" Wiz Khalifa. Joint in mouth, and decked out with a "Canada" bucket hat, Wiz made his way to the stage with a considerable entourage of Taylor Gang members, including Chevy Woods and Ty Dolla $ign. The party-centric atmosphere of SXSW was definitely reflected in his performance of "We Dem Boyz", which featured a lot of jumping and flailing-- movements a banger of that caliber is generally known to incite.

Snoopzilla, sometimes known as Snoop Dogg and sometimes Snoop Lion, and Dam Funk re-connect for the visual for "Do My Thang", a record off their collaborative funk album 7 Days Of Funk (which is also their name as a duo).
