Boosie has been impossibly prolific since undergoing successful cancer surgery, releasing both In My Feelings (Goin' Thru It) and Out My Feelings In My Past within the first five weeks of 2016. He's also been sharing videos on a pretty regular basis, and today he continues that approach with a clip for "Wanna B Heard," his Slim Thug collab from Out My Feelings.

LE$ dropped the excellent Steak X Shrimp 2 in November of 2015, and now we have visuals for one of the doper tracks on the album. “Front” featuring Slim Thug is a song about authenticity, and the video provides proper historical context for Le$’ claims that he “ain’t gotta front.”

One veteran we don't see fading away any time soon is Slim Thug. The gruff-voiced Houston veteran has sounded like an O.G. ever since he stepped in the game over a decade ago. On his latest album, Hogg Life Vol. 2, he laid down all his boss wisdom on "O.G. Talk," and now he's brought forth a "motion picture," titled "Boss Life," to go along with the track.

Ever since he began his career with Houston's lauded Swishahouse crew in the late '90s, Slim Thug has been a force in his local scene, and to a certain degree, nationally. Ten years on from his still-phenomenal debut album, Already Platinum, he's still going strong in the game, dropping his Hogg Life: The Beginning mixtape and collabs with Young Dolph and Mike Jones earlier this year.

Slim Thug has been getting his independent grind on over the last few years, and he'll keep his hustle going this summer when he releases Hogg Life Vol. 2: Still Surviving. Today he's released the video for "Piece N Chain," a new song that plays to all of Slim Thug's established strengths, once again capitalizing on his naturally chopped and screwed voice, opting for a classic Houston vocal sample for the hook.

Although Young Dolph hails from Memphis, he's got plenty of connects in the other main hubs for Southern rap: Atlanta and Houston. Stylistically, he usually skews closer to the former, often enlisting ATL producers like the 808 Mafia collective and Zaytoven for his tapes, but today, he goes down to Mo City to link with a pair of legends. "Down South Hustlers" reunites Slim Thug and Paul Wall, who've linked up for joint tapes in the past and connected on RiFF RAFF's "How TO Be The Man" remix last year.

Slim Thug dropped his 5th studio album Hogg Life: The Beginning back in February. Sunday he dropped the visuals for "All I Know," one of the album's finest cuts. Slim teams up with Propain, making the video a Houston affair; the duo raps about The Struggle in a variety of dilapidated locations in H-Town. We're still waiting on the album's documentary counterpart "Hogg Life: The Beginning" which follows Slim Thug's life in the lead up to the release of Mike Jones' eternal classic "Still Tippin."

We didn't hear much from Slim Thug, the Boss Hogg himself, in 2014, save for a series of freestyles, but he just released an album that's vintage Thugga through and through. We recently premiered his video for "The Top," and now he's back with another video from Hogg Life: The Beginning.

Before Rick Ross came along and stole the claim to the "boss" title in hip-hop, there was Slim Thug, the titanic jefe of the Boss Hogg Outlawz crew of Houston. Now Slim is back to remind us that he's still living the "Boss Life" with this new video. Taken from his 2013 album of the same name, the track now has a video that finds Slim on a boat with a gaggle of hotties, talking lavish lifestyles, drugs, women and cars. It's a dope clip that lets us know that Slim is still pimpin' to the max, even though he may not be the dominant boss in hip-hop at the moment.
