Lance Skiiiwalker Feat. ScHoolboy Q
Lance Skiiiwalker just released his debut project for TDE, and it's a psychedelic affair. "Toaster," a highlight from the project gets a suitably surreal video, as Lance and the one and only ScHoolboy Q go on a mystical journey. For reasons unexplained, Q is baby-sized, carried by a mysterious green woman who drives the duo through the city as the light up a blunt.

The TDE camp in general puts out dope visuals, but ScHoolboy Q really took it another level with this latest music video off Blank Face. Groovy Q and E-40 come together for a "Dope Dealer" music video, directed by Ryan Staake. If you ever wanted to know what life is like as a weed leaf, this video is shot from that angle.

Schoolboy Q is currently traveling the country in part of his "Blank Face" tour, which is named after his latest album, and to document his travels the TDE member has been rolling out a new vlog series in its support. After dropping off episode one a couple weeks ago, here goes episode two for your viewing pleasure.

ScHoolboy Q Says "Yo Momma" Jokes Are Underrated
ScHoolboy Q
ScHoolboy Q sat down for an episode of Pitchfork's usually hilarious "Over/Under," where celebrities of all walks of life rate things as either overrated or underrated. Groovy Q may have popularized the bucket hat, but that doesn't stop him from calling the item overrated ("it's mainly for fat people, okay"). Other things Q calls overrated: turtles, the original Super Mario Bros, voting ("I ain't into that") and college. However, the one thing that Q gives the underrated blessing is "yo momma jokes." Yup.

ScHoolboy Q has said that "Overtime" was added to the dense, funk-infused Blank Face at the request of the label. As easily the most accessible, R&B-infused, star-studded track on the LP, it's not to tough to spot it from a mile away, but that's not to say it doesn't provide a fresh breath of pop aspiration in an otherwise dark and tangled concept album.

HBO's Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Los Angeles Rams kicked off last night and featured cameos by a couple of Cali natives, Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q. The duo spent some time at the training facility of the newly relocated franchise, greeting some of the players like Todd Gurley, but also found some time to toss around the pigskin just in case Jeff Fisher is looking to add another slot receiver into the mix.

It looks like Kendrick Lamar & Schoolboy Q are more than just amazing artists. On Wednesday, the TDE counterparts stopped by the LA Rams training camp in UC Irvine to show off their impressive football skills. With Q playing quarterback, Kendrick Lamar lines up in the slot & run a nice route to catch a pretty impressive pass from the Blank Face rapper. Who knew K Dot could run such crisp & clean routes? Check out the hilariously-awesome videos above (and below).

ScHoolboy Q
On record, ScHoolboy Q generally keeps a pretty straight face, but off the mic, he's constantly cracking jokes, making him an essential follow on Snapchat. This week, Q gave us one of his best Snap gags yet, delivering a spot-on impression of GOOD Music rapper Desiigner at his most enthusiastic, including his gunshot-inspired ad-libs, bassy triplet flows, and of course, spastic dabbing. Describing it can't really do it justice, so tune into ScHoolboy's Snap story above and see for yourself. While we may never want to hear another "Panda" freestyle again, we'd make an excuse for a Q parody.

In addition to hosting a listening session for the album in NYC the other night, he was the musical guest on Stephen Colbert where he promoted the album with a rendition of "THat Part." You'll notice he livens the record up a bit at the outset, with a dope little intro before getting into the proper version of the record. Check it out above.
