Rocko Mixtapes

  • Lingo 4 Dummys
    Lingo 4 Dummys
After releasing the T.I.-featured single “P.I.M.P.” earlier today, Rocko comes through with his brand new mixtape “Lingo 4 Dummys” as promised. The 15-track project features contributions from Jeezy, T.I., Chef, Zaytoven, KE On The Track, DJ Plugg, Jon Boi, and many more. Stream and/or download the new mixtape now!
  • Poet
Rocko shows us another side to himself in his latest mixtape endeavor, Poet, which he released today as a tribute to late American poet and civil rights activist Maya Angelou. As we reported on yesterday, Angelou passed away at the age of 86 years old, and following news of her death, many rappers paid tribute to her via Twitter. Rocko takes the opportunity to give music with a conscious message rather than his usual turn up style.
  • Real Spill
    Real Spill
After a long setback, Rocko decides to come out of nowhere today and release his highly anticipated DJ Drama-hosted mixtape Real Spill. Serving as the follow up to Expect The Unexpected, this new Gangsta Grillz project contains 12 tracks in total and features two guest appearances from Kevin Gates & Rod D. You already know this 'bout to heat up the Summer streets even more.
Out of nowhere, Rocko decides to come through and release a brand new mixtape called IGNANT. Rocko fans will be pleased to see that this project contains 13 tracks of just Rocko as it comes with no features, and with some of the biggest names in the industry to handle its production. You can hear Rocko spit over solid production from Sonny Digital, 808 Mafia, Zaytoven, DJ PLugg, and more.
  • Expect The Unexpected
    Expect The Unexpected
Earlier today, Rocko hit us with "Night N Day," a cut from a tape called Expect The Unexpected, and now, in a fittingly unexpected move, he's given us the full tape. Check out the full 11 track project, presented by A1 and Street Katz, below. There are only three guests on the tape, with Juelz Santana appearing on "Muscle Up," and Lil Wayne and Young Thug (!!) showing up on back-to-back cuts "Good" and "Lil Gurl Shit."
  • FOOD
Rocko's got more of what you probably don't need this Thanksgiving, FOOD. Luckily, it's not literal food, but metaphorical for food for your ears. Kinda. The new mixtape, which coincides with Thanksgiving, is packed with tracks that are all given titles of some sort of food, from "Lettuce" to "Candy," with production from the usual suspects like Zaytoven, Bobby Kritical, Sonny Digital, TM88, Zay & Cassius and more.

  • #NAWFR
Atlanta's Bloody Jay got a lot of shine earlier this year when he teamed with Young Thug for the Black Portland mixtape, and now he steps out on his own for #NAWFR (which seems to stand for "Naw, for real"), his first solo release of the year. With the only guest appearances coming from Young Thug and Rocko on "Bitter Sweet," Bloody Jay is left to carry the rest of the 13 track effort himself.

Rocko's movement grows stronger with each new release, and Gift Of Gab 2 (Hosted By Don Cannon) has further strengthened that fact. It's a solid addition to the commendable body of work Rocko has been creating since stepping foot in the rap game, and we're definitely looking forward to what Rocko has on deck.
