Born Robert David Selfridge JR, in Orlando Florida, "Raw-B" became who he is by growing up with constant family problems, bullying in school, everything you really don't want happening to you. Because of the area in Orlando where Raw-B was born there was very much a diverse culture, where white Americans were the minority. Dealing with constant hate for being white, getting no respect, and no love he turned to notepads, laptops, and 4 walls. Where from there, he found his calling. He found that if nobody wanted to listen to what he had to say, he'd make it interesting. And by writing raps and practicing he soon began realizing that's what he was meant for, that's his calling card, to the top. And I haven't looked back since.
