Smoke Signals

Buddy Feat. Miley Cyrus
HOTTTTT
Pharrell's artist, Buddy has been pretty quiet as of late, but he'll be dropping his full project Idle Time tomorrow, and he's come through with one last preview before the project impacts. "Smoke Signals" is produced by P, and bears the same grown and sexy disco sound that the super-producer reinvented last year, as well as a low-key guest spot from Miley, who mainly acts as a reverberated background refrain.

Future is looking to reveal the artwork and release date for his long-awaited sophomore album Honest, but he's decided to grace us with a new crew track first. Recruiting the likes of Pusha T, Pharrell, and Freebandz rapper Casino, Future Hendrix gets an A-class instrumental from Mike WiLL, which is built off of a twisty bassline, making for an equally catchy and street-ready backdrop. No word on whether this will actually land on Future's album, or its just part of the rollout.

Kid Cudi's fanbase got its hopes up last night after he let it be known that his latest album, Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin, would not be dropping at midnight due to "some minor sample clearances." He's already made good on his word, as both "Surfin'" and "Frequency" have made their way onto iTunes and Apple Music.
