If you ain't already know, Jaden Smith is right up there with Lil Yachty as a contender for the new King of the Youth. Time Magazine has now confirmed it. Jaden Smith has scored a spot on the magazine's annual list of the "Most Influential Teenagers" for his enormous following (see: cult) and his rebellious brand, an image his father never quite achieved.

Tonight was the final night of the REVOLT Music Conference, which brought industry leaders and a host of hip-hop elites to Miami for a three-day series of panels, performances, and networking events. Last night was the annual gala dinner, and this year's ceremony was held in honor of Nas, the recipient of the Jimmy Iovine Icon Award. Diddy, the owner of REVOLT, presented Nas with the award and delivered a lengthy speech on the Queensbridge emcee's lasting contributions to hip-hop music and culture, calling him a "true example of Black excellence."

New Era has teamed up with Public School for a limited edition MLB hat collection dropping this fall, and they brought in Queens-native Nas to help spread the word about the new campaign. As seen in the gallery above, Nas debuted three different New Era x Public School hats including a Mets-themed "PSNY" dat hat, a snapback with the Yankees logo atop the Public School logo, and a similar snapback using the Mets logo. Lauryn Hill is in the midst of a North American tour called the "MLH Caravan: A Diaspora Calling!" The original tour press release promised that artists from "throughout the African diaspora" would be included on the bill. It has now been announced that Nas, Kehlani, Little Simz, and Noname will be joining Hill at select tour stops. Nas is slated to play at just two dates, San Francisco and Seattle.
