52-Minute Tim Westwood Freestyle (1997)
Tim Westwood is sitting on an epic vault of unreleased radio freestyles from the past 25 years. It's a trove so rich it could be the centerpiece of National Treasure III. This week, Yung Westwood unleashes a 52-minute freestyle from the Wu-Tang Clan that originally aired in 1997. That's right. 52 MINUTES. Westwood has released several radio freestyles from different individual members of the Wu, but never one with many of them together. This particular freestyle features Ol Dirty Bastard, Method Man, Masta Killa, and U-God, with RZA manning the 1s and 2s.

Ghost High (Remix)
Styles P has been at the forefront of the freestyle game for a weeks now. Most recently, he teamed up with LOXmate Sheek Louch to remix Kanye West's "Famous." To celebrate 420, he drops off an odd pairing of freestyles -- one over Chris Brown's "Fuck You Back to Sleep," and the other over Method Man and Redman's classic shmokin' anthem "How High."
Blackout! 25 Minute Freestyle
Method Man & Redman
Tim Westwood has been generous in recent weeks, sharing #throwbackthursday freestyles from emcees like Eminem and DMX. This week is no different, except perhaps in length. This 1999 freestyle from Method Man & Redman is 25 (!) minutes long, and the emcees take turns spitting verses with almost no downtime.
2 Minutes Of Your Time
Method Man has suggested that his upcoming album, The Meth Lab, is a means to showcase the many exciting new rap voices he has around him, and while many of the pre-release tracks thus far have done exactly that, hie new record is all him."2 Minutes Of Your Time" finds Meth establishing his status as an elder statesman in rap, addressing the game over a triumphant guitar and string arrangement. As the title suggests, it's over in 120 seconds, but that's all the Wu-Tang rapper needs to get his point across. Look out for the album later this week.
Method Man Feat. Freaky Marciano, Cardi & Eazy Get Rite
Method Man is getting ready to drop his Meth Lab project in a week's time, and he's shared another new track in advance to get fans ready for the occasion. The Purple Tape
Method Man Feat. Raekwon & Inspectah Deck
Gearing up for his upcoming album The Meth Lab, Method Man blesses us with new single "The Purple Tape," bringing out old pals Raekwon and Inspectah Deck to spit a verse apiece for the occasion. Also getting in on the action is Meth's son, also named Raekwon (“Raekwon, no relation to Chef though but still a trend").
Erick Sermon Feat. Method Man & Redman
EPMD's Erick Sermon reunites with Method Man and Redman on new single "Clutch," which will appear on his forthcoming album E.S.P. (Erick Sermon Perception). With some soulful horn action interspersed among Spanish guitar and vocals, this beat screams NYC.
Method Man Feat. Redman, Hanz On & Street Life
After hitting us with a loose record, "Reporting From The Slums," today Method Man rolls out a cut that will appear on his forthcoming project, The Meth Lab. "Straight Gutta" definitely steps it up a notch from the previous leak, and gives us a taste of what to expect from Meth Lab. Sounds like Meth will be sticking with the gritty, New York sound, rather than hopping on rap trends.

88 Coupes (Freestyle)
As of late, it's been en vogue for veteran NY rappers (and even some younger ones) to drop freestyles over classic beats from their hometown. We've seen Fabolous, Tony Yayo and every member of The L.O.X. do this, so it's refreshing that for Method man's first new one in a while, he sets his sights on a more recent past. Taking on French Montana and harry Fraud's "88 Coupes," he delivers a very enjoyable freestyle.

Listen to Trillmatic (Freestyle), the latest track from Young Chris. The cut dropped on Friday, January 17th, 2014. Young Chris's future brightens with every new release, and Trillmatic (Freestyle) certainly isn't an exception. It's a fitting addition to a solid catalogue that Young Chris has been developing since stepping foot in the game. We're excited to hear more.
A$AP Nast Feat. Method Man
A$AP Mob’s A$AP Nast links up with Method Man for a new Ty Beats-produced track titled "Trillmatic". The song was first previewed back in June, but now gets the Flex bombed treatment. The video for this record has been just released as well.

We're looking forward to hearing what's next.
