Maxx Swagg Ent., is a universally sound entertainment company branded and notarized heavily for its sonically diverse musical talents, techniques, and strong independent nature. The company was founded by C.E.O Justin “Big Swagg” Little on June 27, 2009 in Los Angeles, CA. The brand originally started with four members including current President/ recording artist Jason “J-Mac” Little and Maxx Swagg recording artist Brandon “Fresh-Kid” Davidson. Over the course of a year, the vastly growing entity suffered a series of drastic changes and encounters that caused C.E.O Big Swagg to come to an incredibly difficult decision to dissolve MAxx Swagg. Though the brand had an amazingly large population, in-fighting, among other forms of disharmony and behaviors that brought negative forms of scrutiny, caused the brand’s operation to unravel and fall apart. After a year of soul searching and strategizing, Big Swagg decided to reform Maxx Swagg with a new line-up and new attitude. Returning members included President Jason “J-Mac” Little, V.P Iesha “Angel” Worley, Brandon “Fresh-kid” Davidson, and Jeryl “Gee-Mo” Reece. New members include Laura “Karma” Irving, Delwin “D.C” Craig, Bobby “DJ SwagMatixx” Patterson, and Eric “Munk-Munk” Evans. Recently, Maxx Swagg has finished recording their debut compilation mixtape entitled, “No Gravity.” The tape features every official Maxx Swagg artist except Munk-Munk due to his very late addition to Maxx Swagg. The release date for the mixtape is New Year’s Day 2013.
