Drake’s dominance has started to slip. While Drizzy’s obviously still around-- it wouldn’t be the Top 10 without him-- we’ve moved away from the ridiculous all-OVO, all-the-time charts of last week. Let’s get to the Top 10 entries on our Top 100. 10) Mac Miller - 100 Grandkids
Staff Picks Playlist (August 7)
After an OVO-themed edition of Staff Picks last week, we're back to a more varied round-up of artists and songs chosen by the HNHH staff. We didn't have any big developments in the Drake/Meek Mill beef this week, at least not song-wise, although Meek is still going at Drake during his live shows. In terms of music, we we're excited to receive a new single from Mac Miller, and CyHi The Prynce came out of hiding as well (both picks on this wee

Mac Miller is suddenly on a roll. After finishing his album last week, he announced that the project will be called Good A.M. and he will release it on September 18. Now he's saying on Twitter that he's dropping new shit at midnight.
Five Things We Want From Mac Miller's "Good A.M."
Mac Miller knows what he's doing, so much so, that Warner Bros. offered him an enviable $10 million deal for his own imprint under the label. Obviously, they trust Mac can make the right decisions by himself at this point, as he's released two very successful albums on an independent platform.
Mac Miller Announces New Album Title & Release Date
Good news continues to roll in for Mac Miller fans this week. After finding out that his third studio album is “all done,” we now have the title and release date for the anticipated project.

Mac Miller's Journey To Finish His 3rd Studio Album
Mac Miller is almost done with his third studio album. "It's coming," he said earlier this month. The finish line is in sight, but it took a while for Mac to get to this point. We take a look back at Mac's road to finishing the album, starting nearly 20 months ago when he said he had four half-finished LPs on deck. Indeed, the road has been long and arduous. But, as they say, life isn't a destination, it's a journey.
140 Bars: Tweets Of The Week (June 13 - 19)
This past week, Twitter was mostly dominated by three things: the wild conclusion of Game of Thrones' fifth season, the launch of Orange is the New Black's third season, and most importantly, the Rachel Dolezal scandal.
10 Essential Casey Veggies Tracks
Casey Veggies might be young, but the twenty-one year old MC has quite the list of credentials for someone who's just barely old enough to (legally) get into the club. As an original member of Odd Future, Casey Veggies appeared on the groups first mixtape, The Odd Future Tape, before distinguishing himself as his own brand. He's since released a handful of tapes on Peas & Carrots, and even had Rick Ross' Maybach Music release his most recent effort Fresh Veggies.

Another week, another fresh crop of songs raiding our Top Ten. Let’s get to it. 10) Omarion ft. DeJ Loaf, Trey Songz, Ty Dolla $ign and Rick Ross – Post To Be (Remix) This re-working of Omarion’s hit was smart enough to keep its most famous, meme-spawning line. And like that line, it’s hanging around for another week.

140 Bars Or Less: Tweets Of The Week (March 20)
Last week was a great one to be a hip-hop fan, but a bad one to be a record label executive. To Pimp A Butterfly has some considering it a classic already, and we have a new Earl Sweatshirt album to look forward to next week. Sony and Interscope may have gotten put on blast, but it's OK: Chris Brown's off probation.
Mac Miller Sued For $150,000 By 70s Funk Band Aquarian Dream
Copyright is becoming a scary force in the music industry. As much as its always been around, things have been tightening in recent years, pushing things to the brink with the Marvin Gaye estate's victory over Pharrell and Robin Thicke in the "Blurred Lines" suit.Mixtapes were once a safe place from this kind of shenanigans, but as the internet becomes a more restricted place, they've too been targeted in these type of suits.
140 Bars Or Less: Tweets Of The Week (February 20)
Things turned down a few notches after last week, which isn't a bad thing considering how crazy that week was. Kanye West returned to The Breakfast Club, and that was pretty much the biggest thing. We're still on the look out for his album and Big Sean's Dark Sky Paradise.
Stream Mike G's "Award Tour II" EP
Odd Future's Mike G arose from a rather lengthy slumber last fall, dropping off three tracks since November. One of them, the Tyler, The Creator-produced "Highlights," shows up on his new 5 track EP, Award Tour II.
140 Bars Or Less: Tweets Of The Week (January 23)
What a week it has been in hip-hop. It's a week that got kicked off with tragedy. It's going to take some time for the wound that A$AP Yams left us to heal.

140 Bars Or Less: Tweets Of The Week (October 24)
This week on hip-hop: Labels, labels, labels. Either because the record heads can't get it together or the artists don't want to play the game, the past couple of days saw two rappers at odds with their respective labels. Chief Keef is on the verge of getting dropped from Interscope.
