Lil Wayne recently cut his set short at a High Times event in California, and anyone who's been following the rapper's career will know it wasn't first time he's walked off stage. If Weezy has a problem with the way a show is going, he has no problem pulling the plug, as we've seen him do a few times now. Reaching back to 2008, we've assembled some footage of the times Wayne has given up on a set prematurely, from the DJ playing the wrong song, to mic difficulties, to dissatisfaction with the crowd.

Lil Wayne Angrily Cuts High Times Set Short
Lil Wayne performed at the High Times Cannabis Concentrates Cup Show in San Bernardino, CA Saturday night, but unfortunately for the supremely stoned crowd, he only performed for about 5 minutes, which even on the kush clock wouldn't meet the requirements of his hour-long set.
Lil Wayne Sued By American Express For Unpaid Bill

According to the legal documents, Lil Wayne has been in the red with American Express since December 2015. He reportedly owes them $86,396.75. AmEx is seeking that amount, plus payment for their legal fees.

As opposed to a winter and spring that found a lot of repeat appearances in our Top Tracks list, summer's been more of a free-for-all, with quick week-to-week turnover as everyone seeks to land a summer anthem. Sure enough, we've only got two returning tracks from last week's list, and following another big recent trend in this feature, both involve Drake. Drizzy's got fingerprints on three of these ten tracks, as does Future, a sure sign that the What A Time To Be Alive team are still comfortably the hottest in the game.
Lil Wayne Responds To Jazz Cartier's "Lil Wayne"
Last night, Toronto's Jazz Cartier dropped off his first single since his excellent February album Hotel Paranoia. He titled the track "Lil Wayne," released as a tribute to the New Orleans rapper. Produced by Cartier's go-to guy, Lantz, it's also a fiery anthem that channels the street-bred adrenaline of peak-era Weezy. Upon hearing "Lil Wayne," one would think that it's quality was such that Tunechi would approve. Indeed -- not only does he approve of the tribute track; it happens to be his "new favorite song."
The Top 20 Projects Of 2016 (So Far)
In the midst of a year that was already challenging peoples' definitions of mixtapes, albums, and "free" projects, Chance The Rapper asked, "Am I the only n*gga who still cares about a mixtape?" On the surface, it made sense-- Chance is one of the few top-tier artists who've never sold a single copy of his internet-only projects-- but as his latest, Coloring Book, was released exclusively via a deal with Apple Music, both his independent claim and the definition of "mixtape" were subsequently scrutinized.

Lil Wayne Takes A Hilarious Shot At Birdman Over His "Highly Questionable" Appearance
Lil Wayne and Birdman have been feuding on-and-off for the last year, as Wayne attempts to distance himself from what he deems to be unfair business practices from Cash Money. Summer officially began this past week, and with it came a whole bevy of huge tracks, most of the biggest ones being collabs. There's something decidedly warm weather about the low-stakes posse cut, and that's mainly what our list consists of this week. All but two of these ten tracks didn't appear on last week's Top Ten, with a bunch of stuff falling off in the past week.

Lil Wayne's Seizures Reportedly Due To Epilepsy & Not Lean
The rap world was in for a major scare earlier this week, as it was reported that Lil Wayne suffered two seizures on board his private jet, forcing his pilot to make two separate emergency landings. Luckily, Wayne's folks soon confirmed that he was in stable condition, but a worrisome report claimed that the Young Money boss had been downing copious amounts of lean on the night before his seizures. All in all, though, the situation didn't seem to dire, as Weezy performed a show two nights ago (June 15), just a day after getting released from the hospital.
