Today, The Game became the first major rapper to chime in on the controversy between Lil Wayne and Young Thug. He had to choose Blood over Blood, and, unsurprisingly, chose Carter over Barter, and warned Thugga not to step foot anywhere in the Golden State.
The Game Threatens Young Thug
Thus far, we haven't seen too many other rappers jumping in the ring to defend one side or the other in the Young Thug/Lil Wayne beef, but leave it to The Game to be one of the first. At a recent concert, he had some harsh words for Thugger, all of which basically amounted to a dare to come to L.A. and face the same fate as 40 Glocc.

"Barter 6" Producer Wheezy Wants To Work With Lil Wayne
One of the biggest surprises of Young Thug's Barter 6 was the appearance of a new producer: Wheezy, who produced twice as many tracks on the album (eight) as Thugga's longtime producer London on da Track. Poetic License: The Art Of Writing
Poetic license is not a new concept. The idea of poetic license can be traced back to the Greco-Roman classical era and is derived from the Latin words, 'poeta' ('maker') and 'licentia' ('to be permitted,' 'liberty'). The concept was encouraged by a Greek philosopher by the name of Aristotle (maybe you've heard of this dude?). In one of the first-ever treatise to describe poetry and literary theory, the philosopher referred to something called "poetic effect"-- which, today, we would call poetic license.
