Following that we got confirmation from DJ Drama it was on the way, as well as a few details, but no date had been revealed. Now Lil Wayne has given us an idea of when we can expect the tape to arrive, when responding to a fan on Twitter.

     Drake's annual OVO Fest went down tonight in Toronto, and it sure was an All-Star event. After having to cancel Saturday's lineup because of Frank Ocean's vocal chord injury, OVO Fest continued on Sunday with James Blake, and company. And for tonight's finale, he's already brought out an all star cast consisting of J. Cole, Lil Wayne, Wale, TLC, Diddy, Mase, The Weeknd, Big Sean, A$AP Rocky, French Montana, and who else? Kanye West. Yessir, Drizzy brought out Kanye who performed "New Slaves", "All Of The Lights", and more for the wildly amped crowd.

    Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper was recently fined for a racist rant that was caught on camera at a Kenny Chesney concert. Cooper is seen angrily uttering a racial slur in the clip, after he was allegedly denied backstage access by a black security guard. Lil Wayne has commented on the situation via twitter, sending a diss Riley Cooper's way. The rapper responded with the message "Riley Cooper kan suk my ...."

    Jimmy Butler came under fire from some fans when a photo of him rocking a provocative t-shirt was circling on Instagram.  Wearing a tee that borrows the phrase from Lil Wayne’s track, “Pussy Money & Weed,” offended some people, so he took to Twitter to apologize. Apparently, he was not trying to make a statement with the shirt, but only wore it because the gray went with his kicks that night.

    The new Rich Gang compilation album from YMCMB is slated to drop on July 23rd, and today Birdman released the official artwork and tracklist for the project. This LP is not to be confused with the sequel to We Are Young Money, by the way.  The 16-track standard edition includes features from Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, Flo-Rida, Chris Brown, French Montana and recent YMCMB signees Caskey, Limp Bizkit, Mystikal and Busta Rhymes. Meek Mill, The Game and T.I. appear on the deluxe edition, which will include three bonus tracks.

    Last night, in a Sanford, Florida court room, George Zimmerman was found "not guilty" in the slaying of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, having been acquitted of second-degree murder and/or manslaughter. The verdict was announced by a jury of six women after they deliberated for more than 16 hours.  Trayvon's parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, were not present at the final hearing, but responded on Twitter shortly after the announcement. "Even though I am broken hearted, my faith is unshattered. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE MY BABY TRAY," stated Mr. Martin.

    Although YMCMB is on a continuous quest to sign more and more artists, it seems like they can't keep the ones they have signed happy. Torion Sellers, a young singer who signed with the label at the age of 13, is asking to be let out of his contract with Young Money. TMZ reports that Torion Sellers, now 15, has filed legal documents claiming Wayne signed him immediately after his audition, based off his "amazing voice" and "God-given gift and talent."

    This week all eyes are Kanye West, J. Cole and Mac Miller. But mainly Kanye West. The three rappers are releasing their respective projects two days from now (Tuesday, June 18th) and we will be watching the sales and the charts to see where each artist lands. While it's been generally assumed that Yeezy will lord over the other releases, there have been some people who say Cole's Born Sinner will dominate (such as DJ Drama).
