    Following up September's That's My Work Vol. 5 mixtape, which featured music from both Tha Dogg Pound and Snoop, Tha Dogg Pound will be dropping a new studio album. The duo announced the new album via Soundcloud today, with the release of the project's first single "Skip Skip." The album is set to be titled Daz & Kurupt, Kurupt & Daz.

The rapper is credited as giving the city its "No Fly Zone" distinction, meaning no artist is allowed to perform in the city if they do not involve themselves in the scene or its artists in some way. The last song Trick released took its name from the title he applied to the district, and served as a message to artists looking to perform in Detroit.

Stiviano, Kurupt decides to tackle the issue in a new record he did over Drake's "Started From The Bottom" instrumental. The West Coast OG discusses the whole controversy on "Politically Correct", focusing on the mystery girl who put Sterling on blast with the taped recording of their conversation, V. Stiviano. However, he's also talented when it comes to original production, which he will showcase on his forthcoming album due out this summer, Peacemaker.

    Kurupt is preparing his Digital Dynasty 30 mixtape, and after being a given a new track called "Octopus" last week, the seasoned west coast rapper is back with a brand new leak today. "Heavy Metal" stays true to its name, incorporating loud, distorted guitar chords (provided by Sancho of N.M.E.) as the basis of the beat. Meanwhile Dr. Zodiak & Bangroc join Kurupt on the mic, as the three emcees deliver some ruthless wordplay over the rock-infused instrumental.

    Death Row veteran Kurupt has linked up with Cypress Hill's B-Real and Wiz Khalifa for a 4/20 track, "Hydroponic." Centered around the method of growing weed, the track finds the trio spitting bars about getting lifted off that high quality herb. Mally Mall handles the production on this one.

It's a nice addition to the impressive catalogue DJ Tony Touch has been building over the years. We're definitely anticipating the next move.
