Krayz Born "Marc Edwards" was born in "Newark" New Jersey in 1985 but it wasn't until the age of 12 when Krayz discovered his first rhyme when he moved back to Virginia where he started to produce, and mix & master music. Krayz has west indian roots which makes him half "Trini" half "African American" since his father was born & raised in Trinidad and is full blooded "Trinidadian" this backround gave Krayz more of a feel for music when hearing calypso music as a child. Krayz's father took Krayz to Trinidad for a few weeks during the carnival in Trinidad where Krayz was exposed to steel drums and bands. Ever since the trip to Trinidad Krayz gained more of an appreciation towards music which made him start producing his own songs. Krayz has been multi-talented in three different ways in the music industry, not only does he compose music & produce beats he also mixes & masters vocals professionally throughout all of his projects at his home studio one of which caught the eye of super producers "Cool & Dre" who have produced for major industry artist. "Good club joint homie!! Good work on your part.. Cool & Dre" who commented on Krayz's song "Money Over Here" off Krayz's 1st independent album "The Life I Live" (Produced by Krayz) on iTunes. From doing shows locally all around the D.C., Maryland, & Virginia Area, opening up for major artists such as "Rich Boy" & a few other acts to name Krayz's exposure & recognition blew sky high! Krayz produced his 2nd solo EP titled "Twenty Twelve". The EP itself from one video & single "Go Low" grew a buzz within a matter of days. The single "Go Low" grew so much buzz online & in the street that A&R's from "Interscope Records" recognized it and gave Krayz a distribution deal threw "Interscope Digital Distribution" Krayz then produced his 2nd solo album "Outer Limits" recently digitally distributed threw "Interscope" with industry features from Lil Wayne's artist "Lil Chuckee", former D-Block member "J-Hood", D.C.'s own "Fat Trel", former Universal Records artist "Kia Shine", & hit maker for "Wobble" "V.I.C." The album "Outer Limits' by Krayz is now available on iTunes, Amazon, Napster, & many more online music stores! Krayz also has two videos out so far for the "Outer Limits" album "Mars" which has over 70,000 spins & "On My Spaceship" (feat. Kia Shine) which was done recently and already has over 14,000 spins! Krayz is currently marketing this album to shop around for a major record deal and is still currently independent with his (indie) label Krayz Music Group, LLC.
