Jamil Clark (born November 30, 1988), better known by his stage name Kodeeze (pronounced /koh-dee-zee/) is an Atlanta based recording artist, producer, and writer. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Kodeeze contiuned to move back and forth to Memphis, Tennessee, where his oldest brother played a huge role in his aspiring career. Kodeeze looked up to artist such as Outkast members, Andre 3000 and Big Boi. By the age of 14, he begun writing songs to help obtain a recording contract. By age 17 Kodeeze had came in contact with a schoolmate named Ian “JohnClay” Clayton, that coincidentally was a producer. The chemistry for the two made a musical relationship that couldn’t be stopped. Kodeeze has released three studio mixtapes; “The Rankings V1″ “I’m So Studious” and “Double Parked”. Kodeeze is continuing to climb a ladder of great expectations by making music to gain a following while remaining true to himself.
