Drake’s dominance has started to slip. While Drizzy’s obviously still around-- it wouldn’t be the Top 10 without him-- we’ve moved away from the ridiculous all-OVO, all-the-time charts of last week. Let’s get to the Top 10 entries on our Top 100. 10) Mac Miller - 100 Grandkids

As their first album with Tom Delonge replacement Matt Skiba approaches, Travis Barker is getting back in Blink 182 mode, but it hasn't stopped him from collaborating with some exciting rap acts along the way. In an interview with the “Kevin & Bean” show on Los Angeles’ KROQ, Travis was joined by his bandmates to talk about the new album, but also shared an interesting tidbit about running into Andre 300 at Coachella.
Charts Don’t Lie: March 9
There are only two new entries within the top 10 of the Billboard 200 this week, and they belong to two rappers: ScHoolboy Q and Kid Cudi. As we said last week, Q was projected to move 150-160k, but fell slightly under that by moving 138,950 copies opening week. This was nevertheless an extremely strong showing from the TDE rapper, which gave him his first #1 debut as well as that of the label's.

Although they haven't rapped on a track with each other since 2009's "Forever," Drake and Kanye West are usually placed side-by-side in the upper echelon of hip hop's current stars, the ones who have the potential to "break the internet" when they drop surprise material.
Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Mike Dean, & Plain Pat Hit The Studio Last Night
It was another eventful weekend in the world of Kanye West's Twitter account, as Kanye effusively praised Will Ferrell and announced the title of his next album: Turbo Grafx 16.
Top Tracks: March 21 - 27
The top tracks lists of the last few weeks got a little stale, with some songs (Drake's "Summer Sixteen," Travi$ Scott's "Uber Everywhere" remix, Lil Wayne & 2 Chainz's "Gotta Lotta") appearing week after week without much in the way of competition showing up to unseat them. Well, that changes this week, where the top nine tracks on the site are all newcomers.
Top Tracks: November 30 - December 6
We got a wealth of new music last Friday, and, indeed, Rick Ross, Kid Cudi, and Jeremih all added tracks off their new albums to this week's Top 10. Lyrically-minded fans are still reeling from the week before, though, when Kendrick and Cole exchanged remixes. Both "Black Friday" tracks comfortably stuck around for this week's Top 10.
Indie-Cud: A Timeline Of Kid Cudi's Indie Collabs & Samples
When A Kid Named Cudi first began making the rounds in late 2008, it seemed to appeal to people of all musical backgrounds, with Kid Cudi rapping over a decidedly wide variety of source material. There were instrumentals cribbed from backpacker favorites Outkast and J Dilla, but also ones from little-known electronic producers and Pacific Northwest indie rock bands, setting Cudi apart from his competition in the online rap world.

Kid Cudi Took A Bunch Of His Fans To See "Star Wars"
If you're a Star Wars fan, there's a good chance you've already seen the new The Force Awakes. Perhaps you've even turned down a couple of invitations to see the movie from lesser nerds since. With that being said, Cudi gave fans an offer they couldn't refuse last night, announcing that he'd fill a movie theatre with fans to watch the movie. Naturally, this was his third time seeing it. 140 Bars Or Less: Tweets Of The Week (January 16)
Nothing too new is going on in the game this past week. In other words, hip-hop is just going right now. And that's not bad: Vince Staples is alive and still hating on Chris Paul, Jay Z still knows how to tweet, Meek Mill is still free and he's #woke. Common and John Legend won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song ("Glory" from Selma), but other than that, things have been a 40 degree day. The tweets are still fire though.
#TBT: Mixtape Kid Cudi
Kid Cudi has a record coming out tomorrow called Speedin' Bullet 2 Heaven, and apparently it's almost completely void of rap music. While we obviously respect Cudi's artistic decision to do whatever the fuck he desires, we like to remember Cudi back in his mixtape prime. He was a brainy oddball, known for taking non-rap sounds and bringing them into the hip hop world. His debut mixtape, 2008's A Kid Named Cudi, was heralded for doing just that.

As soon as Kid Cudi surprise-released his new album Satellite Flight, people started saying he'd "pulled a Beyoncé", something that was also said the Air Yeezys dropped, so it's only a matter of time before Beyoncé just becomes a synonym for "surprise". Whether or not Cudi did take a note from Bey was a valid question however, and it's one he addressed in his recent interview with Complex.
#TBT: Kid Cudi "Man On The Moon" Phase
This may make you feel a little old, but Kid Cudi's career-launching mixtape A Kid Named Cudi is about to turn seven years old. While the "Day 'n' Nite" artist has released much music since then, many fans long for the alternative-minded rap the Cleveland kid layed down on his first two albums.
