A R&B singer named De Rico is suing Justin Bieber and Usher for $10 million in damages for ripping off his song "Somebody to Love," reports Reuters. De Rico, otherwise known as Devin Copeland, is claiming that three Bieber-Usher tracks constitute copyright infringement by way of "beat pattern, time signature, and similar chords and lyrics."

He was charged with assault and reckless driving, and in a hearing today, he pleaded guilty to both.
