Top Tracks: January 18 - January 24
With new projects from Future and Meek Mill -- and upcoming ones from Wiz Khalifa, Young Thug, and last but not least, Kanye West, the energy coming from the hip-hop world is out of control right now. New tracks off both 4/4 and Purple Reign crashed this week's Top 10, along with predictably dominating performances from both of Kanye's SWISH singles.
Curren$y's Top 5 Mixtapes
New Orleans native Curren$y might be part cyborg. Either that or they’re putting something in the weed down there, because the man is prolific in a way that few other artist can achieve and still retain top quality.
Wiz Khalifa Explains How Juicy J Reshaped "Bake Sale"
Wiz Khalifa had a huge 2015, and he only had to release one major single to pull it off. "See You Again" had a long reign at the top of the Hot 100, and is still on regular radio rotation. In 2016, Wiz is ready to release his album, and he's launched what could be another potential hit with the Travis Scott-assisted "Bake Sale".

Over the weekend, Juicy J announced a new mixtape was on the way, O's To Oscars, revealing the tracklist and cover artwork. That project is expected to arrive this afternoon, but that hasn't stopped Juicy J from going ahead and promoting another mixtape.
Juicy J Reveals "O's To Oscars" Mixtape Tracklist & Release Date
Juicy J hinted at a joint project with ASAP Rocky earlier today, but that's far from the only material he's been working on. This afternoon, Juicy shared news of a brand new project called O's To Oscars, and he's dropping it December 14th.
Juicy J Hints At Potential Joint Project With ASAP Rocky
Juicy J and ASAP Rocky are definitely up to something, though what it'll amount to is not entirely clear. We saw pictures of the two in the studio a couple weeks back, and as of yesterday, it seems they've linked up for another session. "Everything we dropping gone be [Fire emoji] #trustme," Juicy captioned a photo of himself and Rocky in the lab, adding "Who wanna see @asaprocky & @juicyj album?"

ASAP Rocky & Juicy J Are Back In The Studio
With "Scholarship," "Wavybone" and "Multiply" under their belts, ASAP Rocky and Juicy J have proved to be a winning team. At this point, there's no reason NOT to get back in the studio together, so they did just that this weekend, posting the evidence on Instagram in the early hours of the morning."@asaprocky & @juicyj =🔥🔥🔥🔥" Juicy captioned the pic of him and his star collaborator, and we can't say we disagree.
Top Tracks: November 9 - November 15
Last week saw a few highly anticipated releases, including new albums from Ty Dolla $ign, Jeezy, and Logic. Surprisingly, none of those guys made it into Top Tracks -- well, except Logic, who somehow ended up on a Juicy J track. Instead, Pusha T, the new prez of GOOD Music, came out of hiding and hit us with two top 10's. The other winner of the week has to be the astoundingly prolific Metro Boomin, who has three new productions in this week's list.
The Evolution Of Trap Wiz
Wiz Khalifa often gets a bad rap for his notorious one-track mind. He's this generation's most famous stoner rap icon, taking the torch from his "Mac & Devin" co-star Snoop Dogg and running it to the top of the charts while leaving weed-focused contemporaries like Smoke DZA and Curren$y to languish as cult favorites.
Juicy J & Logic Will Drop "I Ain't Fukin Witcha" Collab Tomorrow
Tomorrow (Nov. 9), we'll get to hear a very unexpected collab between one of the most lyrical young rappers in the game and the Academy Award-winning king of ratchet. Tomorrow at 12 PM PST, Juicy J and Logic will release a track called "I Ain't Fukin Witcha," produced by the almighty WondaGurl, the teenager from Brampton behind Travi$ Scott's "Antidote" and two tracks off Drake's IYRTITL.

Juicy J Reveals "100% Juice" Mixtape Tracklist
While we patiently await the arrival of Juicy J's upcoming album, The Hustle Continues, he's decided to drop his second mixtape of the year, and as usual, it looks pretty stacked. The majority of the production comes ut of the 808 Mafia camp, with Tarentino, TM-88 (pre-departure we assume), and Southside all collaborating on beats (so look out for some Kill Bill sirens). Elsewhere there are some more big names from ATL, including Lex Luger, Sonny Digital, Metro Boomin, and Mike WiLL.

Juicy J is ready to drop his next project. In an Instagram post, the Memphis legend announced that he will drop a new DJ Scream-hosted mixtape called 100% Juice tomorrow, September 9. He teased fans with the mixtape artwork -- it's a simple, lo-res image of a cup of lean alongside a slightly smaller cup of weed and a healthy supply of rolling papers and Swishers.

Places & Faces Referenced On ASAP Rocky's "A.L.L.A."
After his debut album, Live.Long.A$AP, ASAP Rocky went quiet for awhile-- music-wise, that is. In the interim between L.L.A. and A.L.L.A., Rocky rose atop the fashion world and romanced some very high-profile celebrities. He didn't forget the music, though, and A.L.L.A. is certainly his most ambitious project yet.

Juicy J was schedule to perform at The Fillmore in San Francisco last night but, before the show, the Memphis rapper began experiencing shortness of breath and was quickly rushed to the hospital. He sent out an apology tweet to fans, asking them to pray for him and, today, we've gotten word from J that he's doing okay. The doctor who saw Juice at San Francisco Memorial Hospital told the Taylor Gang co-boss he hasn't been getting enough rest. When recovered, the Juiceman promises to finish "The Hustle Continues" tour and make up for his missed show in San Fran.
