Cam'ron Threatens To Sue UFC President Dana White Over The Use Of His Song
Cam'ron does not tolerate his image or his music being used without his permission. Monday night, he called out two companies he feels have done him wrong -- VH1 and UFC. Recording a video address for Instagram, Cam suggested that he was used in an ad for Love & Hip Hop: New York without his permission. "I am not a cast member on Love & Hip-Hop," he begins. "I did a scene for Juelz, 'cause he's on the show. I did a scene for JuJu, 'cause she's on the show. I should not be in anybody's commercials, especially when the paperwork isn't done."

This past week, we were finally able to take a deep breath and reflect on all of the major projects we've heard in the past month -- A$AP Ferg, Bankroll Mafia, Beyoncé, Drake, Skepta, Rittz, Chance The Rapper, and Post Malone have all dropped full-lengths in that relatively brief timespan. It would appear that the summer's first burst of high-profile albums has subsided, but as we await projects from Travi$ Scott, YG, ScHoolboy Q, and others, at least guys like The Underachievers and Casey Veggies have given us something new to chew on.

Juelz Santana comeback to the rap game could have hit a hitch recently as he has been sentenced to two years probation for threatening his neighbor. Apparently, Santana’s neighbor saw the rapper beating his girlfriend and so he stepped in and called the New Jersey police. Since then, he claims that Juelz has been threatening him, and he had to move, which caused undue hardship on his personal life.

Chinx's funeral takes place today in Queens, and while donations toward his family will be accepted at the service, a few fellow New York rappers are hoping to organize an event that can raise some more money for the cause. Fool's Gold Day Off Lineup Includes Migos, Juelz Santana & Lil Yachty
Fool's Gold Day Off will return for its seventh year at the end of summer, taking over a spot in Brooklyn with a few of the rapper and DJ friends. Today Fool's Gold has announced the lineup for the New York edition of the festival, which has branched out to include stops in L.A. and Miami. The New York event goes down on August 20, with Miami following suit on September 17 and then finally L.A. on September 25th.
