Jay Vado is fast becoming a leader in the new wave of Canadian R & B, soul/pop artists, and he’s primed to take 2013 by storm
In 2011, his hit single “Breath and Shake” attracted heavy radio play, including MTV and Much Music. “Can’t get Enough,” the Peter Jackson single he worked on with Jadakiss, Styles P and Sheek Louch was a great success, and his earlier ‘‘Material Girl’’ was also a big hit. Jay is now in the studio wrapping up his first album.
Jay’s creativity and talent are undeniable, and he is destined to be a player in the future of Canadian music. ‘‘My ultimate goal is to have the whole world understand where I’m coming from with my music,’’ he says. ‘‘Whether I’m performing at club jams or major concerts, singing about love, heartbreak or simply life as I see it, I will always take it to the next level.’’
With his ideas and ambition, and the talent to back it all up, Jay is Canada’s next golden son . . . and he’s out to show the country, and the world.
