Jay Electronica Songs

  • Man Up (Unreleased)
    Man Up (Unreleased)
Jay Electronica has frustrated fans with his lack of material for years, so his supporters have had to do some digging in order to come up with new bars. Thus, "Man Up" has surfaced, with Jay acknowledging that the record was recorded years ago, during Bush's first term in office. That puts it somewhere between 2001 and 2005, but it won't stop people from getting excited about it like it's new.
  • Road To Perdition Freestyle
    Road To Perdition Freestyle
Young Cypher first came on our radars with his 2013 mixtape The Unexpected, which featured production from Ricky Racks. After a hiatus in 2014, he's back this year in a big way. He just dropped his latest EP, Shades of Black, and to celebrate the release, he's given us a free download of a freestyle recorded over Jay Electronica's recent single "Road to Perdition".
  • Road To Perdition (CDQ)
    Road To Perdition (CDQ)
Ohhh shit. Usually we don't expect much to go down on Fridays, but Jay Electronica shakes things up bright and early with a new release, featuring fellow Jay of the Z variety. Don't get two excited about the two Jays just yet though, because Hov's part is composed of ad-libs from "Success."
  • Moleskin Conclusion
    Moleskin Conclusion
The legendary producer Just Blaze just shared an unreleased, untouched beat on his soundcloud, titled "Moleskin Conclusion." As per the cover art, "Moleskin" is an ode to the brand of high-end Italian notebooks. Indeed, if you're a rapper who prefers to write down your lyrics, "Moleskin Conclusion," should channel the pen towards the paper in no time.
  • Kingdom (Remix)

If you follow Jay Electronica's twitter into the wee hours of the morning like we do, you may have noticed a new track crop up. That song is Jay Electronica's freestyle over Soulja Boy's "We Made It" track, featuring Jay-Z, and it's awesome.
  • Better In Tune With The Infinite (Cookin Soul Remix)
Better In Tune With The Infinite (Cookin Soul Remix)
Jay Electronica shook the game when he released his song, "Better In Tune With The Infinite." The problem with Jay Electronica is that he's so damn good but he so rarely peeps out to give us new music and take his share in the spotlight.  Now the original "Better In Tune With The Infinite" was perfect as is, but Cookin Soul brings us a few new elements to the song. This remix isn't better or worse, but is simply a different take.
  • Better In Tune With Infinite
    Better In Tune With Infinite
This is nice. It’s not every day we get to hear new music from Jay Electronica. The New Orleans emcee decided to make his return to the music scene on Friday night and release this smooth new record titled “Better in Tune With The Infinite”, featuring singer LaTonya Givens.  This is more of a therapeutic record with heavy piano play and about a minute and a half worth of sampling before anything is heard from Jay Elec. Nonetheless, a super chill and dare I say pretty record. Get lifted and vibe out to this one below.
