Born in Montreal, Canada, Hones-T moved to Miami, FL. as a young teenager. Hones-T has been engineering & composing music since 1998. Winning local radio competitions on 99.1 JAMZ and performing at various talent shows in the Kendall area was just a start for him. His talents extended to the football field, where he caught the eye of many universities throughout the NCAA. Hones-T was quickly recruited to Div 1-A Eastern Michigan. He transferred to Delaware State, eventually to Concordia, and then to McGill before going on to play professionally in the CFL (Canadian Football League) for the Montreal Alouettes and the Hamilton Tiger Cats. You can also catch Hones-T acting in Blue Mountain State (Seasons 2 and 3) which airs on SpikeTv every Wenseday at 11 p.m. In the last three years Hones-T has worked with several recognized hip-hop artists and producers such as Gudda Gudda, Ace Hood, Short Dawg, Young Noble, Jahlil Beats, K.E. On The TracK, Kountdown, SDotFire, Sledgren, Kajmir Royale, Downtown Music and more. From perfomances with Gudda Gudda, to opening up for Wiz Khalifa on his Wake N Bake Tour and doing mixtapes with DJ iLL WiLL, DJ Rockstar & DJ Whiteowl, as well as being featured on several Coast 2 Coast mixtapes, Hones-T has been steadily building his catalouge.
