French Montana Songs

  • Not OK
    Not OK
Kay Cola is a singer/songwriter that we've featured a bit in the past, although it's been awhile. She pops up again today with a French Montana feature on her latest single "Not OK." Mixing r'n'b with pop, she ends up with a pretty radio-friendly single, as she slams a would-be boyfriend. Sho Nuff, who produced Fergie's recent hit "L.A. Love", is also behind the production here.

New Jersey native Fetty Wap has his underground hit "Trap Queen" to thank for his current successes, and now here come the remixes. This one's official, and features French Montana. Premiered by Funkmaster Flex, the track thusly comes with some bombs and tags, but thankfully, Flex mostly leaves this one unadulterated. For his part, Montana name-checks Big Sean, Ariana Grande, Snoop Dogg, Nas and Ghostface Killah. The artwork features a pretty literal interpretation of the song's title, depicting a gun shoved into a high-heeled shoe.
  • 7/11 (Remix)
    7/11 (Remix)
Beyonce's new single "7/11," which was released in promotion of her new Platinum Edition self-titled album, gets a festive remix courtesy of one of the song's original producer's, Detail, as well as Coke Boy general French Montana. It's definitely not what you might expect. This version takes the original's hyped up energy down a notch, with it being labeled as a Christmas version.
  • Bad Bitch
    Bad Bitch
French Montana's Mac & Cheese: The Appetizer is going to be released for free tomorrow, but if you're too eager to wait a few more hours for the full tape, here's a brand new single available for purchase now on iTunes. Featuring a hook from the always reliable Jeremih, "Bad Bitch" is produced by Remo the Hitmaker. Feelin' the track? Be sure to catch French and Jeremih on their joint “Set It Off” U.S. tour, which finishes its run on December 22nd in San Francisco, CA.
  • Ball Drop
    Ball Drop
Opening with the New Years Rockin' Eve countdown from December 1989, Fabolous' new "Ball Drop" single sets out on a mission to bring things back twenty years to 1990. Included in the iTunes pre-order for Fab's upcoming Young OG Project, the throwback-sounding record is our second look at the upcoming record. The previous release, "Lituation," hit our pages a few weeks back and was met with considerable acclaim from our readership. Look for "Ball Drop" to follow in its predecessor's footsteps.
  • Friends First
    Friends First
Quincy, a relation of Diddy (his stepson), is kicking off his own career in music with a new radio friendly r'n'b jam called "Friends First." The singer calls upon Bad Boy rapper French Montana for a feature, keeping it all in the family. The single was premiered by the LA Leakers last night, so you can stream it before purchasing it on iTunes. The production was handled by Christian Davis.  What are your initial thoughts on Quincy? Do you see this song taking off? Let us know what you think of the female-friendly record.
  • I'm A Star
    I'm A Star
Shortly after signing with Def Jam, Lil Durk crewed up with French Montana's Coke Boys team, putting in plenty of collaborations (including some Coke Boys 4 highlights) since. "I'm A Star" is his latest track with Montana, with the Bronx rapper supplying an auto-tuned moan on the hook, while Durk operates somewhere between his Meek Drill double-time and world-weary crooning.
  • Headache
Rick Ross' second album of 2014, Hood Billionaire, drops next Tuesday, November 24th, and today we get to hear a bonus track that will appear on the Best Buy edition of the album.
  • #icanteven
You may recall we featured the group The Neighborhood awhile back when they connected with Casey Veggies and the 100s on "Jealou$y." The indie rock group are back on HNHH today with another rap feature in hand, French Montana. The group are definitely doing a good job with their cross-over appeal, as they prep a new mixtape which will contain a slew of rap features.
  • Chimes (Remix) (CDQ)
    Chimes (Remix) (CDQ)
Yesterday Hudson Mohawke's remix of his fan-favorite record, "Chimes," leaked on to the net thanks to a radio rip. Today Hudson is ready to unveil the CDQ and official version of the record's remix, which features an all-star line-up consisting of fellow G.O.O.D. Music signees, Pusha T and Travi$ Scott, as well as the auto-tuned ATLien Future and New York's French Montana.
  • Chimes (Remix) (Radio Rip)
    Chimes (Remix) (Radio Rip)
Back in July, Hudson Mohawke shared a monstrous instrumental track called "Chimes" that failed to make a big splash in the hip-hop world at the time. Well, this should change that. Future, French Montana, Pusha T and Travi$ Scott have all contributed to a new remix of the track.
  • Only That Real (Remix)
    Only That Real (Remix)
"Only That Real" was a stand-out cut from Iamsu!'s debut album Sincerely Yours. The album itself received mixed reviews, but "Only That Real" finds Suzy 6 Speed in his element, with a nice hook and a hyphy-inspired instrumental.
  • Ain't Bout To Do
    Ain't Bout To Do
Talented young rapper Diggy Simmons is currently in the lab working on a new EP entitled Out Of This World, and today he's shared a very promising first taste of the project. "Ain't Bout To Do" snags the guys behind "Don't Panic" (French Montana and DJ Mustard), and turns out a club-ready banger.
  • Don't Panic (Remix)
    Don't Panic (Remix)
The roles have flipped. After French Montana dropped a verse on Jeremih’s “Don’t Tell ‘Em” remix, the Chicago crooner decides to return the favor and hop on Montana’s official R&B remix to his single “Don’t Panic”, which also features the previously heard verse from Chris Brown.
  • Dreamer
Maino, French Montana and B.o.B connect for a baller's anthem today on "Dreamer." This serves as the first single off Maino's upcoming King of Brooklyn 2 EP, which the rapper is currently prepping to drop on November 25th. Where as the first King of Brooklyn project, from February, was a mixtape, this one will be a commercial release.
  • Married To The Game
    Married To The Game
Just a few minutes ago, we posted a track from The Game's upcoming Blood Money compilation Year Of The Wolf, and now yet another has surfaced. On the heels of the Lil Wayne and Chris brown-assisted "Fuck Yo Feelings" comes "Married To The Game," which features Game, French Montana, Sam Hook and DUBB.
  • Don't Panic (Remix)
    Don't Panic (Remix)
Chris Brown decided to go in over French Montana's Mustard-helmed single, "Don't Panic" earlier this week, and it may just have jumpstarted a chain of freestyles, with Mase turning in his own version of the song today.Like French, Mase has a decidedly laid back style, and also hails from New York, so he slides in quite naturally to this remix, adding his own verse, but otherwise leaving the original intact.
  • Don't Panic (Remix)
    Don't Panic (Remix)
Perhaps no one was better equipped to remix French Montana's "Don't Panic" than YG. Produced by the latter's partner-in-crime, DJ Mustard, the original single was released on August 11th and met with general acclaim from our readers, who praised the song's instrumental and high-energy performance from Montana. Leaked by L.A. Leakers (hence the tags), this new version retains all of the qualities that made the original a success while upping the lyrical ante.
  • Couple Niggas (Remix)
    Couple Niggas (Remix)
Chinx Drugz continues to show love to his latest project Cocaine Riot 4. Last week, the Coke Boy dropped off the official video for his track “Couple Niggas”, and now today he’s back with the official remix to the song featuring 2 Chainz and his fellow Coke Boy general, French Montana.
  • Suicide
Coke Boys general French Montana is back tonight with a new solo record called "Suicide", and no, it's not because of his recent break-up with Khloe Kardashian. The grimey new record is rumored to be off his upcoming album, Mac & Cheese 4, which is expecting a November release date. It follows up his recent DJ Mustard-produced club banger “Don’t Panic”, as well as "MegaDeath".
