E-40 is no stranger when it comes to releasing double disc albums, and he's using the approach once again for a new album, The D-Boy Diary Books 1 & 2, which he just announced today. The OG Bay Area rapper will be giving fans two albums, each complete with 21 records and quite a few features. Guest appearances come from G-Eazy, Nef the Pharaoh, Gucci Mane, Casey Veggies, AD, Joe Moses, Lil B, K Camp and many more.

Ah, what could've been. The most recent discovered treasure penned by Tupac Shakur is a letter to his friend Big Lock. Unfortunately, there's no date on the letter, but in it, Pac tells Lock that his record sold five million copies, so it's safe to assume he means All Eyez On Me, which was released February 1996. He would be killed in September of the same year.

E-40 Announces Plans To Release 4 Albums On July 15
In the wee hours of the morning, E-40 announced on his instagram and his twitter that he plans to drop a grand total of 4 albums simultaneously this July, on the fifteenth. These albums compose what Bay Area Ambassador refers to as “Sharp On All 4 Corners," - a massive quadruple album project that will be sectored into four parts named Corners 1,2,3 and 4, respectively.
