This week in the Billboard 200, Bruno Mars debuted at #2 with his newest LP 24K Magic, joining A Tribe Called Quest, Rae Sremmurd, and Drake in the top 10. Behind them in the top 50 are Rihanna, Travis Scott, 21 Savage and Metro Boomin, Kanye West, and Solange. The only other debut on the chart this week is E-40, whose The D-Boy Diary: Book 1 comes in at #178, but It should be interesting next week to see if The Weeknd does indeed scoop the #1 spot for which he's projected.

To commemorate the song's success, Forty Fonzarelli released a deluxe "Choices" remix bundle pack. The bundle features 5 songs, 4 remixes and the original. 40 busted out the big guns, scoring verses from fellow veterans 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, and Rick Ross as well as 20-something mainstays French Montana, Migos, and Kid Ink. One of the remixes is Houston centric, with verses from Slim Thug, Z-Ro, and Kirk Bangz.

Last year, L.A.-based producer Salva became a household name in hip-hop circles by scoring collabs with a diverse list of artists that included Schoolboy Q, Young Thug, Freddie Gibbs, A$AP Ferg, Kurupt, Problem and E-40. With his all-over-the-place Peacemaker tape and its "Old English" single, the beatmaker gained himself a much larger following in the rap world, and so we had to hit him up to be featured on "Behind The Beat."

Ah, what could've been. The most recent discovered treasure penned by Tupac Shakur is a letter to his friend Big Lock. Unfortunately, there's no date on the letter, but in it, Pac tells Lock that his record sold five million copies, so it's safe to assume he means All Eyez On Me, which was released February 1996. He would be killed in September of the same year.
