Stream Drake's Surprise Mixtape "If You're Reading This It's Too Late"
The rumors were indeed "kinda" true. Instead of a free mixtape though, Drizzy Drake decided to come through and surprise us with a brand new album called If You’re Reading This Its Too Late.
Gucci Mane Continues Twitter War, Puts Nicki Minaj, Drake & More On Blast [Update: Nicki, T.I. & Tyga Respond]
Gucci Mane and many of his Brick Squad and BSM affiliates went at it on Twitter yesterday. The argument seemingly began with accusations that GuWop himself had paid the lawyer fees for Slim Dunkin's killer, but quickly progressed into money and label issues within the Squad.
Drake May Have Revealed The "Views From The 6" Release Date
We didn't get a new Drake project yesterday, but we pretty much got the next best thing. During OVO Sound's debut Beats 1 radio show, Champagne Papi premiered three new songs (most of them remixes) amidst sets by Oliver El Khatib and Eric Dingus. After the dust settled on all of that, though, we got something a little more cryptic with the potential to be even more exciting. Out of nowhere, a date (September 24) appeared on OVO's website without any explanation.

Meek Mill Says Quentin Miller Slipped Him Drake's "Summer Sixteen" Lyrics
You gotta be kidding. Have the tables turned? Meek Mill just responded to all the clamor surrounding his "War Pain" Drake diss, which all-too-coincidentally seemed to address the Drake track that premiered MINUTES earlier, by writing, "The ghost writer told me!"
Freebandz OVO Sound Radio Now Streaming Live - "What A Time To Be Alive"
Alright, y'all. The time has come. We're not gonna make too many audacious statements, but something about tonight feels rather historic. What a Time to Be Alive, as they say. It's 6 PM, and that means tonight's episode of OVO Sound Radio, with special assistance from the Freebandz gang, is now streaming live. Everything we've heard suggests that Drake and Future's collaborative album, What a Time to Be Alive, will be premiered right off the bat.

Watch Drake's "Energy" Video On Apple Music
Drake just made his first appearance on Beats 1 Radio, joining Zane Lowe for a short interview, and sharing two exclusives, a new Majid Jordan record, as well as the anticipated video for his mixtape highlight, "Energy". "It's shocking, It's beautiful, It's a lot of things," Drake said of the new clip. For the time being, you won't be able to watch the video without access to Apple Music. Luckily, iPhone users have been treated to a 3 month free trial, so if you've got one, make sure to activate it now and watch that new Drizzy.
Everything You Need To Know About Kodak Black
Kodak Black is the best high-school rapper in the country. The 18-year-old from Pompano Beach, Florida also happens to be one of a few young artists on Drake's radar. As Earl Sweatshirt warned upon hearing of Drake's discovery of Florida's best kept secret, let's not give too much credit to the 6 God's discerning ears, as Kodak has already built a movement solely off his own credentials, with over 50 songs and/or videos with 6-digit hits on YouTube.
Vote: Drake's "Summer Sixteen" Vs. Meek Mill's "War Pain"
Drake officially kicked off his Views from the 6 campaign on Saturday by premiering "Summer Sixteen" on OVO Sound Radio.
Meek Mill Responds To Drake's "Charged Up" Diss Track
Drake's new track "Charged Up" can be viewed as his formal rebuttal to Meek Mill's Twitter tirade against him this week. Meek was not impressed. "Baby lotion soft," he tweeted. And then 25 minutes later, perhaps after another couple listens, he tweeted out, "I can tell he wrote that 1 one tho..." In terms of both lyrical insults and intensity of delivery, Drake did not go hard as, say, Kendrick Lamar's verse on "Control."
Drake Previews "Views From The 6" Snippet
A seemingly fake/fan-made video was circulating the web recently, purporting a release date for Drake's Views From The 6. The January release date doesn't seem too far-fetched, however there hasn't been any confirmation or response from Drizzy's side. Last night, Drake took to his Vine account (sorry Instagram users) to preview a 6-second snippet off the Views album, his way of saying, it's on the way (at least, that's what we're interpreting).
Listen To Three New Drake Songs
Last Thursday (May 21), a leak of Drake and Beyonce's "Can I" hit the Internet, instantaneously ramping up the hype for Views From the 6, though that was just the beginning. Three more Drizzy leaks have found their way onto the web, two that could potentially be VFT6 material.
Drake Responds To Kanye West Sampling His Uncle On "No More Parties In L.A."
Kanye West's "No More Parties In L.A." was a pretty exhilarating first listen, but there's one cool Easter egg on the track that wasn't immediately evident (unless you happen to be the world's biggest Drake stan). Right after Ye's memorable call-out of that cousin who stole his laptop, a wild sample appears -- which is nothing out of the ordinary for Yeezy, but that sample just happens to be the work of Larry Graham, otherwise known as Drake's uncle.
Meek Mill Fires Shots At Drake During Brooklyn Performance
Opening for Nicki Minaj at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Sunday, Meek Mill had some harsh words for Drake in his first public appearance since Drake released diss track "Charged Up," in which he called Meek a "charity case" and more.
Drake's Title Track From "Views From The 6" Leaks
Over the weekend Drake popped up in our news feed when we found out about Drizzy's desire to do some battle rap, specifically, he told Murda Mook he'd like to battle him. According to Mook, it was in all seriousness.
Hottest 50 Songs Of 2015
It's holiday season, and that means it's time to start rolling out the year-end lists. There was almost too much good music to handle, as notable releases week after week meant that only the hottest tracks were able to attain a shelf-life of longer than a couple of months.
5 Things You Need To Know About Drake Collaborator Quentin Miller
Last night, Meek Mill announced to the world that Drake's verse on their collaboration "R.I.C.O." was in fact written with the help of someone else. This isn't "news" per se, as Quentin Miller (the writer in question) appears in the song's credits, but Meek said he had only recently found out, or else he "woulda took it off my album."
