Drake, if you're reading this... it's not too late. The king of kings himself, lord Kanye West, has offered his confidential expertise regarding sneaker design. While we all know 'Ye is fed up with Nike and he's now satisfied in his role with Adidas, helping Drake achieve greatness in the realm of sneakers (or elsewhere) is something he's into. During his BBC1 interview with Zane Lowe, Yeezy mentioned that he'd be willing to give Drake "confidential design advice on shoes he's doing over at that company."

Over the weekend, on Charts Don't Lie, we saw how basically half of Drake's new project was charting on Billboard's Hot 100. That alone seemed to be quite the feat, but Drake's now taken that a step further with EVERY song off IYRTITL charting on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

Drake and Chris Brown have had a weird relationship for a minute now. The two have had on-again-off-again beef, mainly over their respective on-again-off-again romances with Rihanna, but most recently, they've gotten into it over a pre-existing feud between Drake and Tyga. Chris wasn't really involved in the beef until a string of interviews over the weekend, where the singer made it clear that he's "not messing" with Drake, naturally taking Tyga's side (the two just recorded an album together, and are currently on tour).

Collaborators Tyga and Chris Brown were guests on Hot 97's Ebro in the Morning, and things turned heated when they started discussing Drake. We're all aware that Breezy and Drake have had a tumultuous relationship in the past, however the two haven't been entangled in any beef for a minute (although Chris did call out Drake during his Karrueche rant the two months back).

    Charts Don’t Lie: February 22
    Feb 22, 2015 at 09:25am
Obviously the biggest topic of this week's Charts is Drizzy Drake. The rapper utilized the surprise release tactic that we've seen several artists find success with over the last year or two, and it definitely paid off for him as well. His commercial mixtape dropped suddenly late last Thursday night, and with no other option for download apart from iTunes, Drake assured his loyal OVO fanbase would shell out the money for it. Then, in less than a week, the rapper managed to do numbers most mainstream artists dream of.

Rappers seem to have a special affinity for the 56-year-old pop star Madonna. When asked about his "ultimate sexual fantasy" in a recent tumblr Q&A with fans, A$AP Rocky responded: "I JUST WANNA FUCK MADONNA OLD ASS B4 I DIE." Drake followed Rocky's lead, though less explicitly, by naming a song after her on his new mixtape If You're Reading This It's Too Late.

Before a Ghostface Killah show in Toronto last Thursday night, reporters asked the Wu-Tang co-founder about Canada's biggest hip-hop export to the world: Drake. Drake's recent mixtape (that's being sold as an album) If You're Reading This It's Too Late hit number one on the charts last week.

Kanye West's highly anticipated interview with The Breakfast Club hit the web this morning, and at 57 minutes long, there's a lot of information and gems packed into it. During the conversation, Kanye touches on all his recent endeavors, from the Grammys, his dinner out with Taylor Swift, and his adidas sneaker launch. However it's towards the end of the interview that we get the really good information. First, when it comes to his upcoming untitled album, Kanye says that release dates are played out, so expect a surprise release from him.

With an unexpectedly sample-heavy release from Drake blowing up your newsfeeds all week, we have a wealth of tracks to pick from for Samples Of The Week. We could've easily devoted this entire thing to If You're Reading This It's Too Late, but we thought we'd spare you another feature article on Drake. Still, one or two songs from the tape are included on here.

On 2009's "Successful," a young Drake rapped, "Diss me, you’ll never hear a reply for it," creating somewhat of a mission statement for his career from there on out. In a way, those words were accurate, as Drizzy rarely (if ever) calls out anyone by name in his music, but more accurately, he's become known as the king of the sneak diss, the sultan of the subliminal shot.

When Drake released his newest mixtape, If You're Reading This It's Too Late, a few days ago, it took the internet by storm. Falling in line with Jay Z, Kanye and Beyoncé before him, he dropped it almost completely out of the blue, with no real warning. The internet went into a frenzy over the release, and a large portion of the response was relating to the question, "is this an album or a mixtape?"

Plenty of people pay tribute to their favorite artists through tattoos, but Drake fans tend to take it to the next level. Who can forget the painful-looking forehead tattoo we saw on a woman a few years back, hell, even King Louie has been pretty liberal with his OVO face tats, considering there's been no official word on whether he's signed to the label.

The Weeknd rose up as a largely anonymous kid from Toronto who released three epic mixtapes in 2011. March, August and December each held a release date for this dude who was mixing sounds of electronica, hip-hop, dubstep, R&B, downtempo and soul in a way that had never been done before.Well, it worked. In November of 2012 The Weeknd reissued the three mix tapes on the Triology release which donned his face on the cover. He was no longer an anonymous kid from Toronto, he was now a certified star and, in many ways, a sex symbol.

Drake broke the Internet two nights ago by unexpectedly releasing his brand new mixtape If You're Reading This It's Too Late. It looks like Drake did the cover art himself, writing out the mixtape title in all caps above the signature 6-God prayer hands. He also included, in the same all caps chicken scratch, a very extensive list of thank yous to the people who helped him complete the project. We attempted to decipher Drake's penmanship and track down each person listed. Here goes...
