The Game's NYC press tour ahead of The Documentary 2 continues as he sits down with Mass Appeal to discuss gang history in LA, what it was like working with Nas and Dr. Dre on the album, and much more. The Game explains why he doesn't just rock red ("I like blue. Shit is a cool color") and gives an awesome history lesson on the genesis of the Bloods vs Crips rivalry in Los Angeles, which dates back to 1972. He says he'll fold gang history into a skit on his album.

The album is slated for release on October 9th, and it was just revealed yesterday that The Documentary 2 is actually a double disc-- Game does reveal this at the end of this Hot 97 interview too.
