DJ Khaled scored a gig opening for Beyonce on the "Formation" tour, which kicked off yesterday in Miami. It looks like Khaled may have earned himself a (temporary) position as Chance the Rapper's hypeman in one of Chance's upcoming videos.

The We the Best rapper recently signed a new deal with Epic Records for his imprint, and announced the title of his new album, Major Key. Today he reveals that he's headed on tour with the Queen B herself, Beyonce.

While the event was not publicized, word got out via the Associated Press, but more importantly, DJ Khaled's SnapChat (which might actually have a wider audience at this point), confirming attendees such as Rick Ross, J. Cole, Ludacris, Timbaland, Common, Busta Rhymes, Wale, Pusha T and Nicki Minaj.

This revelation comes courtesy of 808 Mafia producer Southside, who mentioned the record during an interview with DJ Whoo Kid.  "I got the new single with Future and Jay Z too," Southside said. Though Kendrick's style isn't exactly suited for Khaled's usual street/club hybrid anthems, there's no star whom the We the Best boss can't inspire, and he's eager to get back in the studio with K. Dot, especially in the wake of the Compton rapper's two consecutive No. 1 albums.

Goldenvoice, the company that runs Coachella, stirred up some controversy in January when they announced that they were attempting to bring a new festival, Panorama, to NYC. A petition attempting to block the festival circulated but ultimately failed, as the first ever Panorama Music Festival is slated to go down July 22-24 on Randall's Island Park between Manhattan and Queens.
