Last week was a funny one for album delays. On one hand, Frank Ocean delivered not only his first, but also his second album since 2012's Channel Orange, but on the other, we didn't get the projects that we'd been expecting from French Montana, Young Thug, and Travis Scott.

In terms of the calendar, summer is winding down, but someone forgot to tell that to the rap game. We've only seen things heat up in the past week, with SremmLife 2 providing more than enough turn up fuel for the next few weeks, and P3 reminding us to squeeze every last bit of fun out of summer flings before cuffing season arrives.
Chris Brown Wins Another Custody Decision Against Nia Guzman
Chris Brown's custody battle with Nia Guzman, the mother of his 2-year-old daughter Royalty, has been ongoing since summer 2015. Brown was awarded joint custody last September, a decision that was confirmed by another judge this May.

The next two weeks will see new albums from two guys vying to be the third most popular rap/R&B artist out of Toronto, PartyNextDoor and Tory Lanez (Drake and The Weeknd are one and two, respectively). Only time will tell how P3 and I Told You will stack up against each other, but over the last few weeks, we've gotten a few previews in the form of singles and other assorted loosies. Both Party and Tory pop up in our Top Ten, although here it's obvious which one is dominant.

It appears Chris Brown is facing another lawsuit. According to TMZ, Chris is getting sued by Ginja Elms, a victim who was shot during Chris’ performance at 1Oak nightclub back in 2014 that also left Suge Knight shot.

It's officially August, which means there's pretty much only one month of summer left. On Friday, a report that Chris Brown and his entourage had done extensive damage to a Villa they had rented in Ibiza came through TMZ, and Chris is now disputing the reports with video evidence. Seemingly expecting false claims from the landlord, the singer has shared footage he took of the space just before he left, claiming that absolutely no damage was done while he and his crew were present.
