However, it appears that this one may have simply been a case of bad timing.

Samples Of The Week: February 27
When hip-hop began, samples were all that DJs and producers had to construct instrumental tracks with. They'd dig through crates of vinyl trying to find isolated drum breaks, melodies or vocals that they could repurpose for use in hip-hop music. Today, sampling has become less common, but a choice sample can still push a track from lukewarm to hot faster than you can say "uh huh honey." This week, see who Cyhi the Prynce, Blue Sky Black Death and Chief Keef chose to sample in their recent releases, all of which you can find on HNHH.

Chief Keef is getting ready to drop his Bang 3 album on March 3rd, but not before he releases a warm up EP, called... Bang 4? That's right, Keef is so ahead of his time, so truly incapable of giving a single fuck that he will release the Bang 4 EP PRIOR to Bang 3. No word on a release date just yet, but we know that it will be arriving before March 3rd, so it could be any day now.
