The Hip Hop Dating Map
The law of six degrees of separation applies to the hip hop dating circuit -- a land where fast money, fast women, and horny men collide, resulting often in fireworks. As you can see in the dating map we have assembled below, there isn't much distance separating stars like Rihanna, Drake, Kanye West, Future, Lil Wayne, & A$AP Rocky. Ray J even has his own dating wheel, which gives credence to Vince Staples' mind-blowing Theory of Ray J.
10 Essential Vinylz Productions
Much has been made of Drake' partnership with Noah "40" Shebib, but equally important to his success has been the quartet of producers of Boi-1da, Vinylz, Allen Ritter, Frank Dukes that often put their heads together to feed him a nearly endless supply of potential hits.

When Drake and Future linked up just over a year ago for What A Time To Be Alive, it was an almost earth-shattering event in hip hop, regardless of the album's quality. One was (and still is) undeniably the most popular rapper on the planet, and the other was (and probably isn't at the moment) the hottest, the guy who was just capping one of the craziest 12-month runs we've seen in this decade.

The Best Hip Hop Songs (On Spotify) Of October 2016
Earlier this year, HNHH launched a Spotify playlist called FIRE EMOJI: The Hottest Hip Hop Songs Right Now. The playlist is updated on a daily basis. It lives on Spotify and thus is inherently imperfect, because not all super-hot hip hop songs have been added to Spotify. Still, the playlist is generally representative of the best new releases in hip hop and R&B.

Big Sean Promises New Music Today
Big Sean and Jhene Aiko, each dressing as characters from the latest Star Wars flick, were among hip-hop's best dressed for this weekend's Halloween festivities. If there's no developing love story between Finn and Rey, then there certainly is with Sean and Aiko, who record together as TWENTY88. And Sean isn't done celebrating the Halloween just yet. Today, on the holiday itself, he plans to drop some new music. "The boys n girls need new music," he wrote on Instagram. "I'll see you tomorrow wit it!!!"

Last week gave us Gucci Mane's second album of the year, Woptober, The Game's 1992, and Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge (aka NxWorries)' Yes Lawd!, and we've still got projects from D.R.A.M., Joe Budden, Common, and Jeezy dropping soon, but it feels like it's been a while since any major releases have arrived.
19 Rappers Rapping Before The Fame
YouTube is perhaps most useful as a historical archive. When it comes to hip hop, the site is a veritable treasure trove of videos of rappers as they were before the fame, back when their music video budgets hovered in the single digits. These clips are not pretty, but grainier is almost better -- intense pixellation gives these videos the character of artifacts rather than modern footage, even if they are only a few years old.

This weekend, he allowed the project to be heard by two more A-listers, Future and 2 Chainz.

Thursday night, during the last of three concerts, at Inglewood's Los Angles Forum, he outdid himself once again by bringing out Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Big Sean, & French Montana. Big Sean joined Drake on "All Me" and French joined Drake on "No Shopping," but the clear highlights of the evening came when hometown heroes Ice Cube and Dr. Dre brought the house down with "You Can Do It" and "The Next Episode."
