Beyonce Signs 3 Teenagers For $1.5 Million
In 2008, Beyonce founded her own company Parkwood Entertainment. Since its inception, Parkwood has been involved in everything Beyonce, from her films ("Cadillac Records" and "Obsessed") to her albums and music videos, but it was unclear if Bey intended to use Parkwood to sponsor other artists. This weekend, though, Queen Bey made three huge future investments, signing the two Bailey sisters as well as the 14-year-old Sophie Beem. The price tag for all three singers: $1.5 million.
SZA Elaborates On Her Role In Writing Nicki Minaj & Beyonce's "Feelin' Myself"
Writing credits can tell you a lot about the people involved in the conception of a song, but they unfortunately can't tell you who contributed what. Scanning the liner notes of The Pinkprint revealed plenty of songwriting from Ester Dean, but the most surprising name came up on "Feelin' Myself", Solana Rowe, AKA TDE's resident R&B artist, SZA.

Iggy Azalea Thinks Beyonce's "Becky" Reference Is A Stereotype Against White Girls
In what shouldn’t be much of a surprise, Iggy Azalea is under scrutiny once again for statements made about the infamous “Becky” reference from Beyonce’s Lemonade album. While many fans believe Beyonce is referring to a woman Jay Z cheated on her with, possibly being Rachel Roy Or Rita Ora, Iggy thinks otherwise and says it’s a a stereotype used against basic white girls.

Beyonce's "Lemonade" Credits Include The-Dream, Soulja Boy, Just Blaze, Diplo & More
Beyonce released her sixth album in her usual surprise fashion tonight, as Lemonade appeared on Tidal after the HBO premiere of the "visual album" of the same name. Unsurprisingly, there is a vast array of mega-talented musicians behind Beyonce's latest work. Those who tuned in likely recognized the voices of Kendrick Lamar ("Freedom"), The Weeknd ("6 Inch"), and James Blake ("Forward").
Jay Z And Solange Incident Spoofed On "Saturday Night Live"
Last night was the season finale of "Saturday Night Live," and to open up the show, the cast chose to riff off of the most attention-grabbing news story of the week: Jay Z and Solange Knowles' now-infamous elevator incident. Starring Jay Pharoah as Jay Z, Sasheer Zamata as Solange, Keenan Thompson as the family's security guard, and Maya Rudolph as Beyoncé in a fantastic cameo, the cast members fabricate a story that has a much nicer explanation than the actual incident most likely does.
Review: Nicki Minaj's "The Pinkprint"
After a few listens to Nicki Minaj's latest album, The Pinkprint, it is pretty clear that, to a certain extent, she does pay attention to critics. Her last album, 2012's Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, was universally panned in reviews for being disjointed, gimmicky and lackluster, among other things. There aren’t many traces of the over-the-top theatrics that were sprinkled all throughout her sophomore set on her latest offering.

As you probably know by now, Beyonce took the world/internet by storm last night when she dropped her new self-titled album out of nowhere. The frenzy has yet to subside, as the "visual album" came with 14 new songs to listen too and 17 new visuals to watch, filled with Beyonce being her sexy self.
10 Songs You Didn't Know The-Dream Wrote
More than perhaps anyone else this decade, Terius Nash (AKA The-Dream) has been R&B's go-to behind-the-scenes man. Although his solo career has attracted a ravenous, cultish following, The-Dream's biggest smash hits (and paychecks) have come courtesy of his songwriting. He's penned tracks for Rihanna, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige-- basically all of the most prominent female R&B singers since the '90s-- and even seen a few of them hit number one.

Jay Z Plays Undercover Fanboy At Beyonce's Made In America Show
Made In America might have been created by Jay Z, but this year, the festival was totally owned by Beyonce. And her hubby seems to agree. Hov didn't come on stage during Bey's headlining set. Instead, he snuck into the crowd, and, dressed in a grey hoodie, he looked like just another fan. In fact, he looked like one of the BeyHive's most devoted fanboys, rocking back and forth and singing along to songs like "1+1" and "7/11." Check out the footage below.
Bill Gates On Beyonce Lyric: "This Is A Strange Set Of Words"
We’re sure that you’ve watched and/or listened to Beyonce’s new single “Formation” enough times to immediately recognize the lyric “You just might be a black Bill Gates in the making, cause I slay / I just might be a black Bill Gates in the making.” However, not everyone is as tuned in as the HNHH readership, and that includes the man who was name checked himself, Microsoft founder Bill Gates.

UPDATE (02/07/15 10:19 AM): "That B.E.A.T." director Chris Black has revealed that Beyoncé's team did try to license footage from his documentary last month, though he maintains a deal was never struck. A representative for Beyoncé, however, tells a different story.
Diddy, Jay Z, & Drake Among Forbes' 2015 Highest-Paid Musicians
In 2015, the big bucks come from touring. Just ask Katy Perry, who grossed over $2 million per show during her Prismatic World Tour. With $135 million earned in 2015, she is the year's highest-paid musician and the highest-paid celebrity of anyone not named Floyd Mayweather or Manny Pacquiao.
Lil Wayne’s Best Pop Culture References In "FWA"
Lil Wayne fans are familiar with his associative, stream of consciousness, lean-induced lyrical style, which lends itself to lots of punchlines and pop culture references. It has been well-documented that he records lyrics on his portable microphone and never writes them down. FWA is no different, as Weezy utilizes his encyclopedia knowledge of sports, politics, films, and TV shows as means to express his thoughts about money, drugs, and women. It is when he uses these sorts of comparisons that he is often at his funniest and most insightful.
President Obama Addresses Jay-Z & Beyonce's Trip To Cuba

Jay Z Was Reportedly Involved In Creation of Beyonce's "Lemonade"
Since basically nobody saw Beyonce's Lemonade coming, in the sense that it would be a public airing of Jay Z's dirty laundry, it was a common assumption that Jay Z didn't see it coming either -- both during Sunday's premiere of the visual album and the ensuing fallout, which largely taken the form of an internet witchhunt for "Becky with the good hair."
Jay Z & Beyoncé Win "Drunk In Love" Lawsuit Against Hungarian Singer
Beyoncé and Jay Z have won a lawsuit against a Hungarian singer known as Mitsou, reports PageSix. The singer, whose real name is Monika Miczura, sued Bey and Jay in December 2014 for using her voice without permission on "Drunk in Love," the couple's collab that peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 100 in 2014.
