Acesiah Ready

Acesiah, born Jevonte Merritt came into this world on October 29Th placed onto the gimpy streets of Cleveland OH where he spent majority of his childhood in and out of foster care. In his early years Acesiah attended John Marshall High School but dropped out in the ninth grade to pursue a life of the streets. After a transaction gone wrong Acesiah decided to take his head out of the streets by focusing on his future. He attended Job Corps where he received his G.E.D but it still wasn’t enough for the struggle of a young man. During long nites of hustling in the gritty streets of Cleveland, he was inspired by artists like Jay-Z, Cam’ron and Young Jeezy, he used that inspiration from said artists to get to where he needed to be, out the dope game and into the music business. Ace started off his career in two separate rap groups that fell through due to communicative differences causing Ace to go solo. Acesiah released his first solo mixtape in 2008 hosted by D.J Black Saun, although it included other Cleveland's artists it failed to surprise the audience. Acesiah later released his next mixtape entitled “The Meaning of Siah” which started the buzz of his name in his hometown. Not to long after Siah release his third mixtape “All Eyes on Ace” including the song “No Lies” which currently still hits top of his charts. Acesiah has opened shows with Kid Cudi, Krazie Bone, Chip Tha Ripper and many other famous artists. His record company One Shot Ent. has now collabed over 20 artists and pretty soon he will be opening The Siah Effect Studio including photography, recording, mixing, and other aspects of music. Currently Ace is in the midst of dropping a DVD with Snack Theater and has many upcoming shows. With his first self-entitled studio demo (Acesiah Demo), he offers hard hitting tracks that include Rain on Em and Ballout. Acesiah is sure to do big things in the future.
