ASAP Rocky Responds To YouTube Comments On "L$D"
Noisey brings us another instalment of The People Vs., this time featuring A$AP Rocky. Rocky takes a moment to read some of the YouTube comments littered across his trippy music video for "L$D" and he responds directly to the commenters. A few things that we learned from this episode: the music video is inspired by the movie "Into the Void," the Asian girl featured in the video is Yoon Ambush who runs a Japanese clothing line with her husband, Rocky does not do molly and he does not know where to find it. Watch Rocky respond (and sometimes bash) users' comments above.

Thus far, A$AP Rocky's come through with some pretty impressive videos for cuts off of A.L.L.A., but this new one takes the cake. After "Jukebox Joints"' impressive depiction of an acid trip, we get a very conceptual "Everyday" video, complete with what I once considered a near impossibility: a cameo from Rod Stewart, whose voice is sampled on the track.

Back in June, Selena Gomez released a new ASAP Rocky-featured single called “Good For You,” which saw its video come out just the following the day. Unfortunately, Rocky was nowhere to be found in that first video, so today he decided to repay the favor and release an alternate version with him in it for our viewing pleasure.

As the "L$D" video proved a few months ago, A$AP Rocky's new, cinematically trippy sound is best experienced with accompanying visuals. Today, he makes up for cutting Kanye West's verse on "Jukebox Joints" with an immersive, hallucinatory clip.

ASAP Rocky Talks About His First Ever Album Purchase
While backstage at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, ASAP Rocky decided to partake in Fallon's "My First Album" segment and talk about his first ever album purchase. Dating back to the late 90’s, Rocky said he was in Pennsylvania at the time and had to decide on purchasing a Mortal Kombat soundtrack or a Rakim album. He says his older brother was into Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and wanted Flacko to choose his own path with music, but little did he know the choice of Rakim would not only change Rocky’s life, but where he’d get his stage name from.

This past week, former Disney star Selena Gomez notched the next step in her maturation (which began with a role alongside Gucci Mane in the risqué Harmony Korine flick "Spring Breakers") with "Good For You," a new single that featured A$AP Rocky. Today, a video arrives, though with the notable absence of Rocky himself.

ASAP Rocky Breaks Down His "Everyday" Verse
We got a couple records before ASAP Rocky released his sophomore opus, A.L.L.A, but "Everyday" was certainly the most surprising of the pre-release tracks. Teaming with Miguel and Rod Stewart (?!), it definitely raised more questions than it answered. Now that the album is out, the context makes the ideas a little clearer, but we still want to know more about it.

ASAP Rocky Speaks On ASAP Yams' Contributions To "A.L.L.A."
ASAP Rocky is fresh off the release of his new album, A.L.L.A., and as we've seen in recent interviews with Harlem's most jiggy native, he's pretty proud of it. However, Rocky's still super humble-- although touting the album as his best during the beginning of our interview, he's cautious to say that's just his opinion. "I know I tried my best and I think I made a dope album, in my opinion, I made an incredible album. I just hope other people see it the same way."

Word On The Street: ASAP Rocky's "A.L.L.A."
A$AP Rocky's new album is the talk of blogs, but we decided to take the album to real-life people and see what their reaction is to that jiggy motherfucker's new album. Where else would we film this week's edition of Word On The Street, if not in Flacko's home of Harlem?

ASAP Rocky Freestyles On Sway In The Morning
Since he emerged on the scene with "Purple Swag," A$AP Rocky's never really been vaunted for his freestyling abilities. Lots of this is due to the fact that he rarely spits verses off the dome, but today we get the rare chance to hear him give us some impromptu bars on Sway In The Morning.

ASAP Rocky Talks Rita Ora, New York Rap & ASAP Yams On HOT 97
ASAP Rocky's sophomore album just dropped, so that means it's Rocky week in the media, and a stop on Ebro In The Morning is a great way to get things started. The rapper had a 30 minute conversation with Darden and the gang, in which he talked about his new effort, going into the lack of compromise on the album. Later on he talks about New York, and whether or not there is a unified sound within the region at this point in time.
