After recovering from having his sense of humor removed, 50 Cent is back on his feet. The rapper rose to perform at the premiere of the hit television show Power. The production screened the fifth season's first episode at the Radio City Music Hall in New York last Thursday, June 28th. Audience members included fans of the program as well as entertainment industry professional and celebrities. The event was highly anticipated by many and the cast soaked up the positive energy that filled the venue.

50 Cent lived up to the hype of the event when he hopped onstage to perform the television show's theme song "Big Rich Town." A massive choir served as his backup vocalists and a full orchestra added a cinematic flair to the act. The performance is available for viewing in the clip below.

Seeing the artist cutting up the stage can be received as a fresh experience since the public has recently been exposed to aspects of his life that exclude his music. He made headlines as $1 million rolled into his pocket after selling the rights to his social media slogan "get the strap." Negative attention was also cast onto 50 Cent during legal issues surrounding a case of revenge porn involving RnB singer Teairra Mari. Most recently, he seemed to want to revive the beef between Jay-Z and Nas in the midst of their album releases. We'll see how long it takes for Curtis to drop his own new joints.
