Two years later, 50 Cent's lawsuit over "I Get Money" has been settled.

Back in 2010, 50 Cent was sued for copyright infringement over "I Get Money," his single from 2007. Now, the lawsuit has finally been settled, and 50 Cent has won.

In the lawsuit another rapper, Tyronne Simmons, claimed exclusive license for the song's instrumental. Opposing Views reports that the lawsuit has been thrown out of court. 50 Cent and the other plaintiffs, including UMG Recordings, Interscope Records, Aftermath Records, Shady Records and G-Unit Records will not face legal problems as the suit exceeded the three-year statute of limitations for copyright suits.
