50 Cent Talks Upcoming G-Unit Mixtape And Album

50 Cent sits down with MTV to discuss both of G-Unit's upcoming projects.

G-Unit season is in full effect. After reuniting for Summer Jam, Fif and Co. have been dropping freestyles, announcing plans for an album and mixtape, and returning to the forefront of hip-hop. Recently, MTV caught up with 50 to discuss both of G-Unit's upcoming releases.

Fif speaks of "getting back to the way we did it from the very beginning," talking about the run of freestyles the group has been dropping, and says, "We gon' work like we need a record deal."

Though he was amped about the official LP, he didn't give any hints about the sound or potential singles yet, saying "we still trying to find the song that defines the record."
